YOLO Cruise April 26 2009 - swingers cruise - We have to agree with NJBLONDE if you won the cruise you should owe a round of drinks lol. We are really looking forward to meeting a lot of you on the cruise. We are coming from Northern California. Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - We have played withcouples from the early 20's and up...we have never cared about age.. Seeking New Group Admins - Revitalize your favorite group. - As a longtime group admin I can tell you that MOST of the inactivity is usually due to lack of interest/participation/follow-thru on the part of group members. We have ACTIVELY tried to hold/host group activities MANY times over the years only to be frustrated by turnout...well, LACK of turnout.
We're not sure if it's just Swingular members, swingers in general, or just human nature but we've really gone out of our way a number of times only to be disappointed. The last time was about a year and a half ago when we tried to organize a meet and greet (we actually organized SEVERAL at different times to try to accommodate as many people's schedules as possible) so that people could meet and mingle before organizing a more ambitious activity (skiing/boarding day). Between two different meet and greets we had two couples and one single female show up. So don't necessarily blame group admins for any real or perceived staleness.

We have a similar opinion.
Having lived all over the country, while participating in the lifestyle, we have observed that Utah has an entirely different, and quite immature vibe when it comes to swinging. We believe being on the site is what gets them off. They're being SUPER naughty, crafting fantasies together, but doing nothing more than taking up space.
The forums are a great example of that. All these threads about posting pics are lame AF. "Whose got the best ass!", "Show us your big dick", "TITTY TUESDAY!!". WTF ever... that's Jr. High stuff. You really don't see it on other sites the way you do on this one. In other parts of the country, they don't want you to post a pic of you pussy. They want you to get in the car and bring it over to the house to get fucked. After all, that IS the point. From the outside looking in, having experienced both sides, Utah is comical AF!

We actually talked, fantasized and researched it for almost 2 years before taking the leap. One site we used that had great info is Swingers Board. We've loved it ever since. The main thing you need to do is be on the same page about what you want, what your rules and boundaries are and have fun. Go to parties. Browse profiles and contact those who interest you. Set no expectations for dates, we've found it usually doesn't go how you think it will (good and bad). Avoid anyone you get a sense of drama from. One thing we did from the beginning and do still to this day. After every party, club visit or date, we'd talk about it. What we liked, didn't like, etc. Did we mention have FUN!!!!!! Also, don't take rejection personally. It happens to pretty much everyone. Oh yeah, HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
