Are you still interested! - Dynamics amoung swingers - I wouldnt say the dynamics of our friendships changes so we arent interested in swinging any longer with friends we have made, maybe just we go through stages where we dont want to share each other for awhile, or we dont feel as playful as we do other times. The only problem is that in swinging no matter how much you vet a person or couple there is always, unfortunately, the potential for drama...or worse. When you mix potent emotions with often late hours and a little alcohol, even a normally cool, rational, fun person can turn into swingerzilla. I like the concept of your idea but putting it into practice would be, imho, hit and miss at best.
We knew a couple a number of years ago that were REALLY cool, fun people...very mellow. One night before a party they got into an argument over some silly thing and carried that negative energy with them to the party. The alcohol started flowing and the guy had a couple of drinks too many and flipped out (these were seasoned swingers btw, not noobs) when his wife started kissing and groping another guy at the party.

12 years ago Kelly and I went to our first swingers party. I was nervous and it was made worse by seeing my mothers boyfirend there with his wife. No my mother did not know he was married. Am I going to go tell on this asshole..... no. He told on me!! My mother came alll the way into to Salt Lake (which she has only done 3 times in the 13 years I have lived in Salt Lake) to give me a rash of shit over it and explained that was the reason her and my dad got a divorce (I assume he wanted to do it and she didn't). She said the Kelly and I were going to end up the same way. I of course told her it was a one time thing and we didn't plan on ever going to another party. I know how very small this world is, and it is very small, I like to think that I have kept it secret enough that the only people who knew were fellow swingers and the ones I have elected to tell.

Well I have a good friend who I have told yes.... but the operative word being GOOD friend... and her and her hubby have decided to give it a try. See if they like the extra spice. In a snese if I tell someone I end up promoting the lifestyle.... but it is very few that I have told.

Swingers at work... - - Thanks STRAIGHTUPNOW, but honestly I thought I handled it VERY DISCRETLY, it was a simple small card nothing more, between himself and I. As for the rest I was half way across the country as I stated in the post. So I didn't feel I was in the wrong by approaching him. I feel that alot of people freak out when someone does find out about their little secret, and most don't know how to handle it when they are the ones approached instead of them doing the approaching. And I'm sure also it was 90 % being I was there alone without my sexy lady.
