It's a full MOON! - - I love how swingers get on a full moon... Do you think it's the moon or our minds on the moon? I vote for the moon.

Swingers Dares - Text for cards in the game - We are adding a short sexual questionary at the start of the festivities. What a better way to find out who we are and get an insight of what turn us on and off.

Which Motorcycle Survey? - In the market and want your opinion... -
Oh, I have strong thoughts on this subject folks. And I am really doing my homework and shopping very thoroughly. I'm taking my time because I won't be buying until Feb/Mar at the earliest. And I've been watching the Can-Am develop over the past 3 years now. One of our nearby dealers carries them alongside Big Dog Choppers and Suzuki. Interesting line-up. It's not that what others think will make my decision or unduely influence it, but I am interested in reading others' opinions and thoughts to compare to my own. And I'm checking with a few different demographic groups. Let's face it: swingers tend to march to the beat of their own drum more than most folks! LOL I brought up the "cool factor" and image stuff in the context of what our own perceptions are of bike culture. I mentioned that we are cruiser types, not crotch-rocket people. I wear western style riding boots and a black leather jacket. But my jacket has armor inserts, all the modern upgrades, and even reflective piping on a traditional cruiser jacket frame. I wear a Bell military-style open face helmet and goggles. My wife rides a blacked out (Raven) 2011 Star Stryker. So we sort of blend the old w/the new a bit. I guess I'm hesitant about the style change. Thanks for the input and please keep it coming. You're helping me cogitate. LOL
Cogitate? I read somewhere that they've come up with a cure for that in the Netherlands.

Are swingers moral? - Who determines what morals are? - My previous comment was in no way intended to say that soldiers are immoral. We need them and they provide a courageous service for all of us. Just to say that those who seem extreme (the gang banger) may be acting in a way we can understand and possibly relate to.

Polyamory - polyanorous couples. - I have heard this type of response from almost every poly person I have talked to. This is mainly why we decided to try it, there are so many Peri's and everyone seems to be incredibly strong because of it. Of course there are down sides but what relationship doesn't have problems? Thank you everyone for your input I really appreciate it!
We have been in a Poly relationship with another couple for 2 years. There have been lots of great times and some rough times we have had to work through. It takes a completely stable marriage for the spouses and tons of open and honest communication from everyone involved. Both marriages are going on 20 yrs+ Every poly situation is different. Some have very strict rules, however we chose not to have rules. We just have mutual respect for one anothers marriages and each individual relationship between the four of us. If it ended today, I would have no regrets what so ever. Our lives have been enriched beyond belief and our marriages are stronger and happier than ever. I have learned so much about love, relationships, communication, and myself during these last couple of years and I wouldn't change a thing. We started out as Swingers and still have Swinger friends, but we are emotionally and sexually faithful to our partners. Five years ago, I could never fathom loving anyone else besides my husband. The other couple's kids are grown and we still have 2 at home. We will not tell our children the extent of our relationship with our couple until they are out of High School. Some Poly people blend homes and families. We chose not to do that, but do not judge those who do. Poly relationships are very challenging to say the least. It can be wonderful as well. Just my bit :)
Original humans as swingers? - Provocative theories based on Bonobo sexual behavior -
I'm happy evolution took away our hair and did a lot of other cool stuff to us, but it's too bad we couldn't have latched onto that method of conflict resoultion.
If you read the article in the link above the video, the author postulates that 10,000 years ago a shift in our way of life (agricultural revolution) also shifted the sexual paradigm. And that is why that method of conflict resolution was abandoned, not because of evolutionary pressures, but because of social pressures. Being that it only occurred 10,000 years ago that is why the basic instinct has not changed, and why humans still seek sexual variety, even multiple partners. That theory is so radically different from most other evolution theories it is akin to Copernicus suggesting that the earth was not the center of the universe. History and science have proven Copernicus right, what about this theory?

eureka ride - - Doug Wright would have a fit if he knew there was swingers in the group :)

Swingers Kickball Society - - We would love to join

Labor Day Weekend - - We're going to the big annual ferret racing event in Urda then gonna find the nearest five star hotel with an on premise three star Michelin restaurant (probably The Four Seasons in Stockton or maybe the Waldorf in Tintic). We're hoping to organize a meet 'n greet at the hotel for swingers who like to play with sock puppets (they like to be fisted ya know) and then hit the hottub wearing our Dancing With The Stars commemorative ballroom dancing gear and sipping Boones Farm while gazing at the blue moon. Oh and prolly Sniagrab. Daddy needs some new ski boots.

Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - Ali, He's just frustrated with me. LOL! I am a mouthy prick a few people would probably like to punch. LOL! I know this guy is a vet, because he talks like one. LOL! I do not take offense to what he said. I think, in reality, by reading him, he'd probably save a life before he'd take one. Let us boys bask in our bantor. -D- P.S. Thanks Ali, you're such the mother spirit.
