Club Elite Tampa FL - - Friday, Sat. and Sunday's are the rockin nights. The big parties are way beyond "a good time". We have been there when it was wall to wall swingers and the place is big. Would definitely have to agree. West Wendover would be better and more successful. Less population to "spy" on the club. Only 1.5 from SLC. The "Out of State, Out of Mind" philosophy would apply well there. That is probably why the Vegas clubs do so well.
Build it in SLC or anywhere near SLC and you will have problems from the "moral majority." Another possibility may be a ranch somewhere in a remote area close to SLC like Grantsville. But with the Wendover solution, at least there are hotels available.

Daybreak - Is the Daybreak area a hot spot for people in the LS? - There are a good number of swingers in both Herriman and SoJo (Daybreak) but no it's not even close to the picture you paint. Most of the houses in Daybreak are families with younger -teenage kids. There are a few local hotspots but they are all businesses. There are a few high-profile couples down here, but it's nothing like you have heard. LOL.
