There are certainly some things to look at and make sure we won't have too many problems. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol.
You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through.
As for your idea of renting a house or something like that, I have thought about the same thing and it may be a good idea. Not a fix for what is needed in a club, but it is a start.

Willing To Earn It??? - We're willing to play...but... - You need to stick to what you believe in & what works for you. There are lots of different types of swingers out there. Some like to dive into a dark room with a bunch of naked bodies that they can't even see & go to town. Others just about want to know your whole life story & be reassured 9 different ways to Sunday before the clothes start to come off. Most are somewhere in between. Back at home, sunggling naked, sandwiched between two handsome men while Fogerty, Adele, Chili Peppers, and other music too tame for the younger crowd plays in the background. Relaxing with a couple glasses of wine, and a pile of blankets before the fire. Having the fire within sated. Waking the next morning, with no hangover, and remembering. Perma-grin hits. Still plenty of time and energy to make church by 10, and hit the gym by noon. Ah, yes, if this is your definition of geezer, I embrace it. Whole-heartedly, repeatedly, and with great zeal. :)
Question - do you talk about other swingers? - We have never met anyone from any website so we can't talk about people we havent met. For those we have met in the local club here, we will mention that we played with them and had fun but we NEVER share details and we won't speak badly of a couple even if we didnt enjoy the meeting, because everyone has their own opinions.
