Swingers at work... - - Thanks STRAIGHTUPNOW, but honestly I thought I handled it VERY DISCRETLY, it was a simple small card nothing more, between himself and I. As for the rest I was half way across the country as I stated in the post. So I didn't feel I was in the wrong by approaching him. I feel that alot of people freak out when someone does find out about their little secret, and most don't know how to handle it when they are the ones approached instead of them doing the approaching. And I'm sure also it was 90 % being I was there alone without my sexy lady.
But anyway I appreciate your comments, all I can say is you live, you learn.
That last trip was about 5 years ago, and recently I have discovered we are returning to do business with them again. LDS Survey Results - - Believe what you want to believe, but how can you judge anyone else for their actions or beliefs? So what? you don't agree... no need to get nasty or judgemental of others who believe differently than you do. I venture that since you were once a practicing Mormon, you feel the need to be as judgemental as you deem others in the religion are. Quite sad that you must have had some bad experience with someone who was active LDS which put a bad taste in your mouth. People aren't perfect. Nobody is. One must strive for their best and make their own decisions as to how to live their life. If that means I go to church and serve in callings, I'm not being two faced. I am exactly the same person at church as I am with my friends, both swinger and non-swinger. Do people bring their sex toys to church to use in sacrament meeting? No. Well, they must be two-faced too. Who I am as a core human being is not defined by us having extracurricular bedroom activities. There is no lying or deceitfulness. You may think it's wrong, but my husband and I (and several other LDS swingers we know) are comfortable with our choice to play and can still be decent moral people. I don't wish to argue, just wanted to voice that I don't feel ANYBODY has the right to judge.
Comfort level of casual vs relationships? - - We are still fairly new to this whole lifestyle shindig; just under a year. Trying to figure what aspects we like, don’t like and are just meh. I’m curious though, when it comes to forming emotional connections with other people how open are you to the idea?
If it’s a scale of 1 - 10. One being completely casual, “what was your name again” sex and two being “I deeply love you and want you to come live with me and my other two wives” sort of deal... where do you fall?

For us we are discovering that we prefer the more connective experiences and don’t shy away from words like “love” or “relationship”. But we also love just super casual fun experiences. All of it entirely contingent on the people involved. So not quite true swingers but also not quite true poly.
Trying to see how common or uncommon that is.
