If only you could tell in public who is and isnt in the LS - - For anyone squeamish about my whole branding idea we could always just have all swingers get microchipped...and then we all carry around scanners. Hedonism, Tempations, Sandals, or others? - - If you ever get a chance to do the Young Swingers Week at Hedo (especially in March) do it! In March they take over the entire resort and limit the guests in age and only couples...no single dudes. One member of the couple has to be 45 or under. The people that go are amazing! We made friends all over the US and Canada and have places to stay if we are travelling. Just spent Halloween in Denver with a couple we met at YSW at Hedo. They have theme nights every night, play rooms, top shelf alcohol, good (not great) food, day time activities (including free daily scuba trips if you are certified), four or five on resort restaurants (as well as the buffet), no tipping allowed and a lot more. We like spending our days layng on the beach or partying in the nude pool where you have hundreds of fully naked people around you all the time. The resort has a mandatory nude side and a clothing optional side. The resort is designed for swingers instead of just being lifestyle friendly especially when YSW takes over. It is truly an amazing experience that we highly recommend trying at least once...and once you have been, you will go back. We can not recommend it outside of YSW weeks because we have heard there can be lurking single men.
Ugly people and swinging - - A few years ago we met our first "swingers." They were in their 50's, overweight, and not attractive. We eventually met more of their friends who were equally overweight and not attractive. They were always trying to entice us to participate in their "swinging" activities. It seemed as if all these couples lost interest in each other and just wanted some other person besides their own partner to fuck. They were always looking to trade up and we were the outcasts for not participating. The overweight ugly people always hide behind "inner beauty" and "connection." Sorry, I don't get it. My girl doesn't get it even more than me.
I'm aware that ugly people need love too. It's great when two ugly couples can come together and eventually....come together. You know who you are. Or at least others know who you are.
Attraction is everything in this lifestyle. Standards vary not only from couple to couple but person to person. Think about it: It's absolutely amazing that you found someone that isn't completely disgusted by you and vice versa. The odds of finding another couple that BOTH of you are into are astronomical.
I think a lot of people in this lifestyle just "settle" for what's available, in turn lowering the collective standard. Don't be afraid to reject a couple if one of them is unattractive. Your partner will appreciate this.

Cuming out of the Swinger closet - - We have to agree as well. If we are trying to convert or suspect that they are in the LS then we might hint, or make comments just to see where they may sit. But its part of OUR intimate life. Why would we want all to know? Not that its a bad thing, because it isnt. But I could only imagine what many would say, and blow out of proportion. The is a need to know basis...Sadly one of my step-sons knows... He was floored, but suspected. Come to find out one of his best friends parents are swingers and suspected that we were. Christain Swingers? - - I have heard it on the internet though I have never heard a swinger that I have met personally say they are Christains. Maybe I am wrong in thinking this, but I do not believe that Christainity and swinging can mix. I just do not think it is possible. It seems morally impossible. I am no bible philosopher, but I know that there are things stated in the bible that do not point to swinging being accepted by God.
