See life issues please help - Wife needs help understansing - I wanted to comment on a specific thing the OP said; many swingers are not swingers because they were "bored". Imagine a couple that vacations every year to the south of France and have a wonderful time, but one year decide to try Puerto Rico. Did they do something new because they were bored with their usual spot? No, they were looking for an adventure, to meet new people, to experience something different. Most swingers, the ones that are in a good place, are happy in their lives and also want to explore and expand their horizons. If you are afraid your spouse is "bored" with you then everything in the swinger lifestyle is going to appear more exciting and this is a recipe for jealousy and resentment. Imus Fired - The beginning of the end of Free Speech? - - Well it would seem that the people have the right answers are the swingers (lol). I am happy that a discussion like this can take place and that valid points are brought out that all of us can agree upon. Unfortunately for us and the future generations our friend TR's wishes that it would all just cease to exist is probably a very long way off (as far as our entire society adopting this idea). However we (the minority---(all races that agree racism should be eradicated regardless of what nationality it's against) can try and improve our own litle space and just hope that it becomes infectious. I personally would like to be treated and try to treat others based on the way the carry themselves regardless of what you look like (it seems that people are not only mistreated based on color but height, weight, education, social status, financial income, and yes even choice of music preference---as noted here just to name a few). In a perfect world we would all be blindfolded and could only draw conclusions about someone based on their actions, and then again would even that be correct??? I mean I enjoy the fact that people are different from me and enjoy different things---I can learn from them and hopefully have something to offer them as well (not just sex---mind out of the gutter, just for a few---lol) This was made clear to me as I learned the name of an african American nascar driver just from reading the replies in this forum. While I doubt that the few of us here have the perfect solution to make this ugly problem go away, it is at least comforting to know that there are PEOPLE in this world and on this site that seem to have a genuine concern for the fair treatment of all, and for that I'm glad that even though it was a cyber meeting--I still had the chance to communicate with you all......................
Certified Single Male Program - What do you think? - I personally see this life style as a community. The Good, the Bad; and the Ugly are all here in microcosm. I think we can all use a little education and improvement. That does not mean that anyone person that takes that instruction will change his or her ways. But it does not hurt to try it. I have read the information that is available here and think that everyone should do so. I believe that such a program will limit the population of single men by keeping some of those that are here only for trophy sex out. Those that really believe in the lifestyle as a community will be willing to put forth the effort to be part of it. I think this will actually increase the number of couples and swinging singles that are willing to join and pay money for the privilege.
Swingular actually feels like a site for swingers where AFF has become nothing but a sex site for those that like to look and send emails. If you think that the number of single males is large here you should look there and I assume that most of you have. The majority of the women and couples there are non-paying. It does not appear that this is the case on Swingular. The admin here seem to care about this community and AFF could not care less. The fact that they are willing to put this out in open forum tells me that they do care about their customers. I have not seen the same from other sites.
I would like admin to put something more solidly together and then let us pick at it. Most systems can and should be tweaked from time to time. Maybe we can make some good observations and maybe we won

Utah Meetup group - - So ive been asked to post my thoughts to get people more active and going to meet and greets. This is somewhat of a copy/paste of what ive said before:
Events that have requirements or have an adventurous nature get alot of responses and lots of people going.
One thing on these meet and greets is the incredibly shy new comers. The hard thing is getting people actually meeting and separating the cliques. So one thing ive thought about is having a meet up where everyone is required to introduce themselves to at least 10 new people before the meet and greet concludes. The greeting must include your name, age, years in the LS, what your looking for(another couple, single(m/f)), a fantasy, etc just stuff like that.
For some telling a new couple you enjoy watching your spouse get fucked by someone you just met might seem awkward, but its less so when its instructed as part of a greeting.
Plus Reminding everyone your all SWINGERS, this is the point anyways lol. Your not meeting a random person, your meeting a swinger whose there with intentions the same as you!
Even like adding a fun after party thing like a Meet and Great Score that people get to post on the forums after the M&G which everyone gets to see just how involved people were and to improve it for the next one. Like every couple you meet gives you 10 points(max of 100 for 10 people), Get someones kik/phone number(50pts, max of 5), Play with someone you met from the event that night(350pts). The next day everyone can post their points an you get to see just how involved everyone is. You get 500pts you were fully involved. if your short anywhere then hey you get a chance to improve next time and it kinda adds a naughty adventure to things.

San Diego clubs? - Friday June 4 - We'll be in San Diego on Friday June 4. Is there a good swingers club the wife and I could visit that night?
Then we'll be in Los Angeles Sat night. What about a club there? (We've been to Sea Mountain Inn in Palm Springs and enjoyed that, but we didn't want to drive that far Sat night)
