Can someone enlighten me? - - I'm just curious... like I mentioned in another thread, now that my thong pic isn't our primary profile pic we're suddenly getting a LOT of blind friend requests (well, I assume they're blind because they didn't wanna be BFF's when it was MY ass they were lookin' at.

I think this would make a good poll. What do you think the number one reason someone would have no pics at all in their profile?
1) They're shy....no, I mean REALLY fucking shy!
2) They don't own a camera, a phone with a camera, know someone who owns a camera or have a pencil to at least draw a stick figure of themselves.
3) They're in the Federal Witness Protection Program.
4) They're internationally famous movie stars and charge for autographed photos.
5) They can't quite figure out all this computer/internet/Instagram shit.
6) They really don't give a fuck but would REALLY appreciate it if we'd open our pics because their fap folder is gettin' low.
7) They're ghosts/vampires/aliens who are physically unable to be photographed.
8) They're not really swingers. They work for the NSA (or the LDS church)

Our experiences has shown that there are a lot of people on swinger sites that don't take the time to read the ENTIRE profile before writing. No matter how clearly you try to write up your profile there will ALWAYS be people that are so intent at sending messages out they don't take the time to read.
One site we goto we have all our contact info in the profile and even put in the profile 3 times that we can't respond back since we are not paid members. We have lost count of how many times people don't read this even though it's clearly marked in the profile.
ISO: sexy married couple - exclusive FWB - Let's have some fun... - Not really talking about lowering the bar necessarily...more just not getting in your own way by setting impossible standards that few, if any, couples might likely ever meet. And like I said, Ms. Evil and I are absolutely as guilty of this as the next guy.
My only point was that in almost THIRTY years of swinging we have, on more than one occasion, been surprised by our eventual connection with couples that we didn't really even give a second glance the first time we met them. Sometimes quality is a very fluid concept that, as humans, we aren't always great at judging.
And we agree 100% about quality over quantity. In fact, if you consider the actual number of couples that we've played with in almost three decades in the lifestyle you'd likely surmise that we were either extremely picky or just really lame swingers (Actually, that last one might be true. lol).
Bottom line, you absolutely should ONLY fuck people you want to fuck but maybe, just maybe, give a little thought to your criteria for choosing couples and think about which things on your checklist might actually end up not being all that important and prevent you from finding some really great people that might not check off every single box. Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - Our first couple was an other couple, around 50 I think. They were absolutely great in "teaching us the ropes". Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - Yes, unfortunately some swingers are as judgemental or even worse than our vanilla counterparts. After taking a break for some time, Jen and I decided to get back in the swing of things. We have recently moved from California to Ohio due to me (Mike) being in the military. Strangely enough, we have found more judgemental people out here than were in CA. At a party that we were at, one of the guests actually came up to Jen and said some mean things about her because of her weight. We ended up leaving early anyway, due to bad weather and a drive home. This discussion came up in another forum of a website that we also belong to as well. Just because we're swingers doesn't mean you have to play with somebody you don't find attractive, but you can at least be nice to that person.
