We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - Well the first and biggest thing i can see is communication, especially between the couples before they play. I dont know why its so hard to ask your partner whether it be a girl or guy if this is ok and if not just let them know. Looking for an attorney in the lifestyle - Question - I don't honestly think you would need an attorney. Most swingers clubs opperate as just a house that holds parties. Unless you are serving alcohol you shouldn't need license of any kind. at the door, you have donations, not entry fees. The only place i know that did have an operating license was in San Diego, THAD's. The owner had to file suite against the city and county to get the councilman and law enforcement to stop harrasing him. The city finaly gave him a license as a "Sexual Encounters Club" but not allowed to serve alcohol. Anyone that brought alcohol had to put it in a fridge and could take out their own alcohol anytime they wanted, but the helpers couldn't serve the alcohol.

As usual, the first part of the evening will be the game night portion of the evening and will be pretty laid back, giving everyone a chance to have fun, chat with others, and just have a low-key good time.
The second half of the evening will be for those that really want to let their inner Roman out to play. We will have some icebreakers to help everyone bring out their sexy selves.
We have rented a house for the evening that will work out very well. With a built-in theater room, we plan on having some great movies playing to keep things hopping.
Make sure to dress in your best Roman Toga wear as we will be having a contest for best male and female costumes. Again, if you don't have one, you can still come!
The location is in the South part of the salt lake valley. We will provide the address, as well as the house rules after you RSVP and the date draws nearer.
