Now, about the opt-in list being held with the ISPs. They already know every single customer who looks at porn. Unless you use a good VPN, they are well aware of every website you visit. That being said, while they might not have a list of people that look at porn, it would be really easy for a hacker to, once they get into the ISP, gather information about everyone who looks at porn and share it with the world. If they couldn't get into the ISP, they could still get this information from porn websites.
Unfortunately for the Utah government, this plan is just not possible and is basically just BS to get support for reelections...

The number of people online before was total B.S... Basically, if you signed in, it "counted you" as being online for the next several days (even if you clicked the sign-out button). It looks like the admin has tweaked that number down a little to make it more accurate. =)

If it is illegal to consent before 18, then it is illegal, regardless of your dogma.
I seem to recall seeing a story on television about a russian (I think that was the nationality) couple that immigrated here with their two children. The country (eludes my recollection), they were from it is customary for parents to "pat" the gentinal area of the child as a means of reassurance or some such bullshit.
