Meeting a Monogamous Couple - How many monogamous swingers are there? - Though we do enjoy talking with many and do exchange emails and truly would like to meet others we have pretty much been wiht just one other couple for 2 years now. I am not sure how it happened it just has. WE do think about being with others however. On Premise Swingers Club - SLC - I have attended lifestyle clubs in Vegas and Phoenix Arizona. Red Rooster once had trouble with the law over the building permits. The city made it tough on them but Mike and Chris got through the permit recertification. They also were able to prove that they accepted Donations at the door not a fee. And did offer food and had no serving Alcohol of their control. It was BYOA.
In Phoenix Guys and Dolls kept the police out of their hair by creating a compound for vehicles. When the cops were there the gates would close and search warrents were needed. Thus just cause was a requirement. Also asked for Donations, had food serving.
I recommend if you plan to start a club. Go to other cities and with contact to the establishment to talk to their attorney ask for help in educating how their system works. That would go a long way. Choose a good industrial area to organize and set up operations. Maybe a closed hotel could be the location, like Edgewater West in Oakland California.

Swinging in Utah - What makes A Pretty Great State a great place to swing? - So I could be totally wrong about why I think Utah is right up there (at least considering our relatively modest population) with many places that are much more...well let's just say cosmopolitan. Thought an informal little poll would be fun to get some feedback as to why others think the lifestyle scene is so active here in Zion.
1) It's all the warm sunny weather and sexy, sandy beaches.
2) Something in the water...other than fluoride.
3) It's rebellion from the influence from the LDS church.
4) A younger population equals more hormones and horniness.
5) The high alcohol beer makes us lose our inhibitions quicker.
6) Utah is no different than any other place as far as the number of swingers, etc..
7) It's so cold here we have to swing to stay warm.
8) We're wired for swinging because of our ancestors and their polygamy.
9) We grew up reading Prayboy and Repenthouse so we're just bundles of hormones waiting to burst!
10) The churches missionary program teaches us to share the gospel so we're all just trying to share the swinging gospel with others.
