Swinging versus poly/open - - I'm speculating here, but it seems the millennial generation as a whole is more open to an open/poly relationship, and it naturally is bleeding into Swingular as more and more younger/ish couples sign up.
We started out with very strict rules about emotions for others, ect. Now, we find ourselves on a spectrum where we still occasionally love the "wham bam, thank you mam" aspects of swinging (what were their names again...😁?), but after several years of that, we are now far more interested in developing relationships with the people we meet. Sometimes that means we have really good friends with benefits, however neither of us are closed to the possibility of dating the right person.

Well, here is our take on it. BTW, we don't play with single anythings. If we know you well enough and say one of you is going thru our state, we don't mind playing with you as a single provided we know your other half won't mind. Played with a single girl who turned out to be in a possessive relationship. Ditch the bitch was the operation that followed. Depends on what you are considering law. I think even in the LDS tradition there is an understand that God's law is higher than man's or governments law. A large part of the controversy of LDS polygamy comes because it was in disobedience to the law. Where church leaders believed that following their religious conviction was more important then what U.S. law said. But if you are taking some overarching moral law, like Kants categorical imperative then maybe. I think most swingers have the same ends in mind and no is being used as a means for an end. However that being said, I think most swingers seem to follow a more utilitarian guideline that pleasure is good and what promotes pleasure is good.
