Lifestyle Resorts Help - Wanting your opinions......... - We have never been to a lifestyle resort but we would love to go. We have been all over Mexico, never been to Jamaica. It is just about the only country/island in that part of the world we have not seen. We are really more interested in the resorts right now and your opinions/recommendations of them. Travel and first time - - Your comments make me wonder if you should be in this lifestyle at all. Controlling how close you get to someone is part of the territory. You solve that like any other problem by talking and making decisions togheter. One time threesomes are as often a flop as they are a thumbs up encounter. A lot depends on what you are looking for along that line. If you have never had one you may not even know exactly what you are looking for. The two of you need to sit down and discuss what you want to have happen. For some it is just the size of the dick while the opposite end of the spectrum is some skill and the two of you working together to give her an earth shaking experience. But, unless you are a minute man and pretty lousy in giving her what she needs in the bedroom I would not worry too much about it. But that is just me. If you are a stingy tight wad, or abuse her, or just a general putts and the two of you are always fighting then you might have a lot to fear. Swingers do get divorced but stats will show that there is just as much danger from someone in your neighborhood that you do not know about than there is from a swinging with a couple that you know. In general you will find that relationships in and out of this lifestyle are a funny and complex thing. There is no such thing as a typical relationship. Bubulaplease - Confidentiality - Something that has bothered me a little bit...when we went to Lumpys the doorman asked if we were there for the Sinful event. We says yes and as we were walking down the stairs some people upstairs asked him what was going on and he said it was a swingers party. I mentioned it to a few people that night and it seemed that it was a normal occurrence. We realize that going to the events we may run into someone we know, however, people who don't know about our lifestyle also go to lumpys. I would hate for them to know there was a swingers party going on and then see us leaving or something. My question..is this normal? Is it this way at, say, Sandy Station? We changed our ad to be very blunt but it helps keep away those who are seeking additional photos, or those who just want to email to death and seem to never want to chat on the phone or meet in person. We think this is another reason some people don't post a picture, or post a picture showig them with another couple. We respect privacy, but you can block out eyes, faces or do a few things with the photo that still allows others to get a pretty good idea what you look like without giving away who you are. Then there are the cases where all of a sudden your picture shows up as being the wife on some elses profile! The lifestyle is truly a wonderful way to live. For those of us who live this way of life, finding other real people is always a hunt. But when you do finally meet someone you click with - the magic truly begins. We would think Florida would be better than where we live (Montana), but I think no matter where you live you will run into fakes, liars, wanna be's, cheats and all out BS. can we swing and still not be in sin ? - - Since I've been sucked into the swirling vortex of this thread, the only way I can feel like I haven't been robbed of the last 1/2 hr (give or take) of my life is to add my .02 Ok, I know I could just chalk it up to that which doesn't kill me only makes me stronger, but adding my input seems more satisfying. I'll start off by saying that if you are doing this much research regarding religions and what they allow or don't allow regarding sexual activity it has to make me wonder if you're seriously considering converting to another religion just to save yourself the guilt of sin brought upon by whatever religion you happen to be at the moment. All religions have been formed and molded over the years by people. People who are not perfect, who have their own agendas. A sense of right and wrong doesn't come solely from religion. Many religions would like you to think that in an attempt to keep you in their camp and they'll be more than happy to tell you what is right and wrong for the rest of your life (in case you can't think for yourself). But if you have to switch religions just so that you can sleep at night after a fun-filled evening of swinging, you have some other things to figure out. Or perhaps you should just start you're own religion, where you can make all the rules. In any case, I think its fairly safe to say that most religions believe quite strongly that those of us engaging in the swinging lifestyle are sinning by engaging in immoral activities, just cuz they don't use the actual word sin, doesn't mean anything. Its just more politically correct these days to say immoral. In any case though, they most certainly believe that we (swingers) will most definitely be going to a very special level of hell, a level reserved for...
