Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - It strikes me that, [i][b]in general[/b][/i], people fall into one of two groups:
A. Those interested in the total social experience the lifestyle offers (multi-faceted).
B. Those interested primarily in sex (very goal-specific).
The number of people in group B is considerable. 'B' folks are much more likely to hold appearance and physical desirability as the only criteria for evaluating playmates. 'A' folks are more interested in the total package.
I don't think it's necessarily right to fault those in group B for their limited interest in people beyond their sexual skills and desirability. How they conduct themselves is another story, however.
Immaturity has been mentioned. Selfishness and poor social skills also surely come into play. Society in general continues to become more and more hooked on instant gratification, leaving little room for concern for others.
This issue is reflective of society in general. Those in the lifestyle are, in fact, just a microcosm of the bigger picture, as previously pointed out. If you read the article in the link above the video, the author postulates that 10,000 years ago a shift in our way of life (agricultural revolution) also shifted the sexual paradigm. And that is why that method of conflict resolution was abandoned, not because of evolutionary pressures, but because of social pressures. Being that it only occurred 10,000 years ago that is why the basic instinct has not changed, and why humans still seek sexual variety, even multiple partners. That theory is so radically different from most other evolution theories it is akin to Copernicus suggesting that the earth was not the center of the universe. History and science have proven Copernicus right, what about this theory?

I Don't Care if You LIKE Me... Let's F**K! (???) - - We are not a "friends first" couple but the attraction has to be there personality-wise too. We totally agree about friendships in the lifestyle. We didn't enter it to make a bunch of new friends but wow, some of our best friends are swingers. What a great, unexpected benefit!
Most of the people we are friends with we have not fucked. For some the personality attraction is there, for others the physical... and we need both. We even have some friends that are physically attractive to us, have personalities that make us very good friends, yet the sexual chemistry just seems awkward for whatever reason.
Another odd observation of ours has been that a less physically attractive person becomes very attractive an fuckable with the right personality, but a very physically attractive person is sexually repulsive to us if they are an asshole.
We have probably slept with less than 10% of our close friends in the swing community. Everyone we did play with did not end up a friend but not because we didn't like them. Sometimes it's just a matter of not having time to build a relationship and friendship not being a pre-requisite for us.

Brest implants - - I love my breasts! I got 450cc silicon under the muscle about 2 years ago and never regretted it. I didnt get a lift and I dont know how much scarring that has, but my scars from the implants aren't bad. The incisional scars are about 1 inch wide. I was very worried about scarring myself, but I think the small scars are worth the huge boost I got in my self esteem. I had nice breasts before, just a little small. But now they are perfect. My only wish is that I would have gone 50cc bigger, but anything is bigger than what I had before. I look so good in everything I wear now because I have cleavage and curves. My breasts look and feel real. I have had strangers (swingers at parties and people at topless beaches) that come up to me and say that they are too perfect to be real. I have had husbands come say that their wife wants implants but they dont want their wife to get them because they hate fake breasts, but seeing mine made them change their mind.
