There are plenty of people here who are fine with that particular scenario and more than a few who are also looking, specifically, for that type of play. No need to go elsewhere. The trick is to find couples that won't try to punk you and get you to do a full swap after leading you to believe they are okay with your rules.
Also, there are quite a few women that aren't really bi or are only bi up to a point. It could be partly due to the fact that you're in Cedar. First of all, I think it's very presumptuous of you to assume the astrological sign of any cops on Swingular. Secondly, I doubt any swinger cops are going to out themselves as swingers just to bust someone for using a little MDMA. We're not big fans but don't really care if someone else is rolling. Never seen a party where ecstasy was floating around that anyone got bent out of shape over anything. If they are using it in a derogatory sense it may be because they are experiencing a certain level of self loathing because they are struggling to accept their own sexual nature or they may have peers and family that would do their best to destroy them were they to live so free as you are. I think that the anger that leads to name calling and judgment sometimes is a secondary emotion that people choose to embrace because the primary emotion is much more painful. They may want what you have but lack the confidence or courage to go find it for themselves and so the same people that call someone a slut in the derogatory sense far too often are the same people that go off and struggle with their own sexuality in dark places through lying, cheating, abuse and even darker acts while swimming in a sea of self loathing.

The only problem is that in swinging no matter how much you vet a person or couple there is always, unfortunately, the potential for drama...or worse. When you mix potent emotions with often late hours and a little alcohol, even a normally cool, rational, fun person can turn into swingerzilla. I like the concept of your idea but putting it into practice would be, imho, hit and miss at best.
We knew a couple a number of years ago that were REALLY cool, fun people...very mellow. One night before a party they got into an argument over some silly thing and carried that negative energy with them to the party. The alcohol started flowing and the guy had a couple of drinks too many and flipped out (these were seasoned swingers btw, not noobs) when his wife started kissing and groping another guy at the party.
