Bogeys Nightclub in Clearfield - A Habits style club for northern swingers? - Yes, exactly!

Lifestyles Survey by Dr.Ziggy - - This is currently on Dr. Ziggy's website. It only took a few minutes to actually complete. Have fun! Mr. CARESS4U Title: The Swinging Paradigm: A Demographic and Behavioural Inventory of Swingers

Yay Delaware. - - What, no love for equal rights for everyone? Hmmmm thought swingers would kinda fall into that category on this particular social issue. Maybe it's a Utahr thang. On other swing sites support for gay marriage is running about 85-90%. Oh I get it. Maybe gay marriage somehow threatens your straight deviant non-monogamous marriage. :-P Yes, most vanillas who would oppose gay marriage would probably consider YOU a deviant because you fuck outside the bonds of holy matrimony. Looks like Minnesota will be next which oddly enough the other swing site I'm speaking of is based out of. :-)

At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - Most of our long-term friends know we've always had an "open relationship" (and the guys are all jealous LOL), and a couple of my wife's close girlfriends know about the nature of the "clubs" we go to on weekends sometimes. (We've even managed to play with one or two of those friends ;) ) As for family, we'd never tell either side. Hers would have a real hard time I think, my siblings are younger than me but not kids anymore and probably wouldn't care. I'd say both sides would be comfortable with a "don't ask, don't tell" philosophy. Just a comment on Dr. Ziggy's post - we're the "live & let live type," and we're not at all ashamed of what we do. We wouldn't care if the whole world knew if it didn't affect our lives, but the reality would be very different, I'm sure. A new swing friend once asked how I'd feel if our kids became swingers one day. My response was that, if they were making a responsible decision when they did so, that I'd hope they find as much enjoyment in it as we have. He said that was the first time anyone had ever given him that answer, and it was the one he was looking for.

New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - The Moose is still alive and well! We talked with the new man that is now running the place last Friday night when we were there, and he has some great ideas to make the Moose better than ever! Here's a little info that we learned about the new changes, and we want to share it with everyone.: * Friday's are now Lifestyle night. It use to be "Gay Night" (as it was always referred as), and the Lifestyle just shared the club with them. It is still open to the public; however, they are trying to get the Lifestyle to take over Friday's. * Upstairs will still be reserved for Lifestyle guests, and will still require a wristband for access. There will be a bartender upstairs. * The price to get in is $5.00 for Lifestyle members per person. This includes a free shot ticket and access to the upstairs. YOU MUST SPECIFY THAT YOU ARE WITH THE LIFESTYLE GROUP when paying; otherwise, you'll have to pay the $10.00 per person price that the general public will have to pay to get in. * The dance floor will still be for everyone. * Once a month they will have a live band on Friday nights. This will begin on this Friday night, April 13, 2018. The band this week is CHANGING LANES, and is sure to be a great performance and lots of fun! You can Google them to get an idea of their music. * When the live band is done, there will still be a DJ playing music so the dancing and fun can continue. There will be a live DJ every week. * One of the biggest complaints about the Moose in the past has been that it's too loud to socialize. There will be a sound man that will now control the volume of the music upstairs so that we can all talk and meet new people and actually be able to hear what each other are saying. It will still be loud enough to enjoy and dance to, so don't worry about losing the music vibe that pumps us all up! Please note, when the live band is playing, they control the volume, not the Moose personnel. So good things are coming for the Moose Lounge, and it's up to US to make it a success! Let's get out and have some fun together this Friday night...and Every Friday night! There are not a lot of options for the lifestyle in Utah. We can make this club our own and finally have a decent place to hang out.

Friend collectors or swingers - - My opinion, which hasn't changed in ages, is this, and I'm not chastising anyone, just offering my 2 cents. One of the recurring and biggest problem that swingers face is that they decide what they personally like, or want, and then assume everyone else should choose the same path or they don't understand why how everyone else doesn't feel the same way they do. I've read the forum posts for years and the same questions recirculate on a regular basis. "Why don't people want to be the type of swingers we are?" "We don't want friends, we just want to have sex." "We don't necessarily want to have sex until we are friends." "We really only want friends but rarely play." All valid forms of the lifestyle and perfectly acceptable to different people. The lifestyle can take work. It typically isn't easy and will take some time and effort to achieve your lifestyle goals. Sure it's helpful to post your desires in your profile but I'm sure people read those only rarely, or maybe they are drunk searching, or maybe they can't read. :) There are all types. Try not to get frustrated because someone else isn't following you lead. Be patient. Within one or two convos you should be expressing your goals and figuring out the goals of the people you are trying to get to know. Get a system that weeds out the people you are't interested in, something that works for you. You will get better with time and hopefully someday what you are looking for will be much easier to find. However, until then, realize life isn't black and white, nor is swinging. There are as many varieties of swingers as there are ice cream flavors, or flavored condoms. haha. Don't expect others to want the same thing as you but certainly look for those that do. Be patient, kind and realize everyone is possibly looking for a different scenario than you. Some people love to send blind requests, some hate it. Right or wrong, it's life. Accept that there is mound of bullshit between you and that perfect couple/single male/female/trans/group/poly/donkey/toys only/DTF.... (Well, you get the point we are all looking for something different)that you are looking for. So don't be frustrated. Accept it will be a challenge and work on better ways to make your life easier. There won't be a good answer only many shades of grey. "Don't try to bend the spoon, for that is impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth... there is no spoon. Then you will see it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself." And to the single males that post ridiculous stuff? WTF? Ugh. You make us all look like mentally disabled Neanderthals. "Me have dick. Me like pussy. Stick it good."

Swingers Kickball Society - - We would also be interested.

Swingers - a couples only lifestyle? - Are singles considered to be swingers? - I'm sure this will get a comment or two, but it's something we've thought about and have read about on other sites. NASCA states about swinging: "Though single men and women are involved, it is primarily an activity of couples.". So is a single person considerd to be in the lifestyle when they are looking to connect with a couple or single ? It'll be interesting to hear what others have to say. To us, being in the lifestyle means exchanging partners - which means sex between couples. If we bring a single woman in to play it's not swinging - it's being intimate with a third. He/she cannot be considered a swinger because they have no spouse/significant other to participate with them and they're acting alone. The lifstyle is all about sharing ones self and partner with another couple who feel the same way.

I’m defense of single males - Funny old geezers - We are in our sixth year on this site. We are also currently on three more sites, even after dropping two more. When we joined Swingular, we were taken aback from the negativity toward single guys. We did not see this this level of animosity on any other of the sites we are or were on. Aside from the folks from Idaho and Wyoming (and very, very few nationwide), this site is predominately Utah based. I am not negatively judging Utah since a survey or research was never done, but we had to wonder if this hatred is a Utah thing. Or was it a few couples who made it seem normal to criticize, demean, humiliate; and then everyone just jumped on the bandwagon? Human history has taught us that ostracizing is easier than accepting. Who knows? We certainly don't understand it. Many couples correctly point out that single guys are not "swingers" since they don't swap. But, we believe that single guys are part of the "lifestyle" for many couples. Why is fmf ok, but mfm is not ok? As a side note: The vast majority of our play is with couples(our preference). But we occasionally like mfm for the different dynamics it offers. We have been very lucky with mfm and haven't had a bad experience yet, which I cannot say is always true with every couple we've met.
