I just apply the "Don't talk about Religion...it can REALLY cause a fight." rule when engaged in the Lifestyle. (But I guess that's what I'm doing...heheheh.) I agree with some of the comments here. I study a LOT of religions (a hobby). And this lifestyle pretty much flies against most of them (10 commandments, you name it.)

Another Swingers Show on TV - - I am so sad I missed it! I was at a swinger party... dang! But then again I was getting done (for my first time) by a woman with a strap on. Oh well next episode.
Question - do you talk about other swingers? - I have found that when I meet someone new for drinks or dinner etc, that a good place to start the conversation is about the site on which you met and some of your experiences there. My question is, How much, or do you talk about other members or swingers in your area. Sometimes it's a very small world, lol especially if you're meeting someone local.Usually it seems hard to avoid if you or they have comments or certifications on your profiles, sometimes someone will ask what you thought of "so&so" I usually try to be discreet and not mention any names if I'm discussing some experience I've had. But then again there have been times when other people have mentioned names of swingers who were really hot, or maybe even some that were not "so fun" to meet lol and it has been helpful to me. Swingers unnerve families at hotel - - This is always a concerne the lifestyle gets a bad wrap when the vanila public is ofended. On the other hand it was in a public place not a compleatly private resort or island getaway. Some comon sence is needed folks Now the group that put on that event wwhich We hear puts on a great party will most likly not get back in that Hotel it is a shame.
We all enjoy the fun the freadom but folks when we are in a shared space respect is always best for all.

Actually, we haven\'t really used the internet for much at all. Instead we did the old fashioned method of going out to \"normal\" bars and meeting folks that way. It\'s a decent way to meet single women. We just figured trying the internet would be interesting since the folks on a site like this are already of a certain mind. At a normal bar you never know what you are going to meet or what their expectations are (like gals looking for a soul mate or husband or something). Of course, that can be part of the fun too! :D
Maybe there are fewer single gals on the site because they can more easily get what they are after? It seems that meeting them is easier done in person, but meeting couples would be easier here. I don\'t have a problem talking to a single girl about what I\'d like (neither of us do), but asking a couple if they are swingers seems like dangerous territory with some people, who could get really offended.
It\'s possible that we just don\'t know the couple dynamic very well, having only had singles (males or females) up till now. Maybe most folks wouldn\'t be annoyed or angry to be asked in person.

First, the redesign of the site is going to be a huge milestone for us. We are getting closer and closer to the beta launch. Second, we are going city to city to market Swingular locally and expand in every market from small to big. As of right now, we are getting hundreds of sign ups a day. We are listed in the top 10 search results for most all keywords related to swingers and at least in the top 3 for about 5 of them. We have ads in and sponsor events such as SwingFest to help market ourselves worldwide and we are promoting parties across the U.S. We aren't going anywhere, we're here to stay!

to clarify a previous comment...
the meet n greets are not just couples night..
everyone is invited to attend, couples and singles (males and females)
that could explain the single male that pointed out who the swingers were and was dead on..
he could have likely received the same evite as everyone else and or just comes often enough to spot some of us.. some of us are there quite regularly..
The club does have a reputation at this point... it is known that we likeminded people like to hang out there... they receive calls from curious people wanting to join in our fun.. the club employees have introduced us to people like this as they come in and some of them are now members of this site.. (lol wink to those of you that this applies)
i dont see clicks, i see groups of friends that have already met..
we all tend to hang out with friends, everyone does.. thats normal behavior
you must come willing to independantly socialize and introduce yourselves to others..
none of us know everyone and we are all there being busy meeting and greeting others... dancing and just plain having fun.. eventually if you come often enough, you know alot of others and you find your self with alot of new awesome friends :D I know we have!!!
