New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - Davidandmarie, I don't think it is a legal issue, I think it is more of an issue of not knowing for certain if the concept would fly and have enough attendance to justify the massive expense in opening one up. Herwoody801, A dance floor is something we were planning, but we would want it in a separate area so there were still areas where people could chat without loud thumping music in their ears. Wildfire, Being super private, discreet, and extremely safe is something that would be our top priority. We have no desire to have our sexuality on display for the rest of the world either. I am considering making it a private club, which it would probably have to be for legal purposes, and we would have to create some kind of vetting process where you can only become a member if you know a member who can vouch for you, type of thing. That way we can make sure that everyone who is showing up is someone who is either part of the lifestyle already or seriously considering to be part of it. The last thing we want is to have "outsiders" coming just to gawk and potentially cause problems. Additionally, cameras and cell phones would have to be left upon entrance so there would be no risk of cameras on site that could compromise the privacy of the guests. How far are you willing to travel ? - - We've had kisses blown to us and I will generally answer with a note but have, as yet, not received our first answer. Most are quite far away and their profile, like yours says that you would like to be friends and hang out with as well as..... (Not exactly what you said but that's what I got out of your profile) If people are like us, we would travel up to 1 to 1.5 hours to meet or to play because that, to us, is a reasonable distance to have a friendship. If we were to meet someone at one of the clubs that we belong to, and became friends we might travel farther/further. If one believes that to travel a greater distance than would be practicle for friendship then that distance would set the limit. On the other hand, if a couple is out strictly for the sexual encounter and has no expectation or wish for friendship then maybe a stop over in a city on the other side of the country might not be out of the question... If someone sends a kiss and the couple respond it would be nice if that couple would acknowledge receipt of a note. Just common courtesy. On another site we have been invited, by a number of folks, to stop by if we ever get in the area for drinks, dinner, play what have you,,,simply because we participate in forums and we may send a note about their profile or their pictures or both... Swingers Party - Doesnt mean who ever is there is open to everyone elsa - We went to a Swingers Party for the New Year and have to say it was the worse I ever been to. Maybe it was us but I dont think if you go to a swingers party gives anyone the right to stick their tongue in your mouth that you dont know. I saw this going on and thought well alot of people here know eachother. Nope, turns out that wasnt the case. Most seem to enjoy the hellow I am so and so now open your mouth I am coming in. I been in the swing life style for more than 10 years and I dont ever think I put my tongue down anyones wife. And I never had it happen to my wife. So when some guy walks up and within mins of small talk goes after my wife with open mouth the first thing I thought of was to see how she handles it. I know my wife like most of us do. After she let him know that wasnt her thing she turned to me and started to tell me how most the guys acted when I wasnt in eye sight.
