We have friendships with vanilla couples who we think are smoking hot and wish they were in the lifestyle. lol. Perhaps this is a question for another forum thread. But, how does one broach the subject with a vanilla couple who are friends? Does anyone have any success stories of how you converted a vanilla couple friendship to the lifestyle? Personally, we think the best way to broach that subject with vanillas is to just, at some point in the friendship, put it out there that you're swingers and then let the other couple process, digest, and come to terms with that information and do with it what they will. We feel like there are FAR too many swingers who enjoy 'vanilla hunting' and use unfair tactics (alcohol, late nights, etc.), if not outright subterfuge, to try to 'convert' them as, I guess, some kind of power trip. If you let people have the space to come to a rational, informed decision on their own there is, IMO, FAR less chance for drama (or WORSE!) as a sequela.

These people are kind, caring, successful people who I would love to have any of them as my neighbor. They have never tried to drag, lure, or trick, me. They have there rules of ethics, where no means no and they abide by it. At other parties I have attended I have had men keep hitting on me when I told them I was not interested, now to me that is wrong and disrespectful.
As a foot note; on a so called regular internet dating site I had over 120 men contact me and close to a half wanted a sexual relationship. So how is the 70 men a shocking figure? Cruise in May - Anybody going on this same one by chance - My Wife and I are going on a cruise the week of May 12th out of Long Beach to Catalina Islands and Ensenada Mexico on Carnival... we were wondering if there are other swingers going to be on that one by chance. Temptations Resort - - We thought about going. We actually went on the Temptation Resort Lifestyle Cruise. It was fun. But for us, Hedonism and Desire resorts are a better fit for us because they are all nude and the vast majority of people there are swingers.
