This isn't my first rodeo. I did the majority of screening when rolling as a couple for several years. There are "off" people in the scene, but word spread fast. Whether they are unstable as a couple, or unstable as a person, they tend to burn out and fade out pretty quickly in my experience.
Sexual incompatibility happens, sure, but the odds are good it won't be a first encounter. Friends first (chat friends at the very least) is how I like things.

Please refer to the above. :) It's not necessarily a matter of being more trustworthy. There are plenty of scummy, dishonest, and dangerous swingers. Is anybody on this site for fucking real or just a bunch of tease - - It seems like there are basically two kinds of swingers. DON'T put in the legwork and expect sex with others to just fall into your lap, or hit up couples that aren't in your age-range and have similar physical characteristics and interests and you probably won't be quite as successful.

However, we do have our other life which is contrary to our beliefs and we accept there will be consequiences we will have to pay some day for that lifestyle. We just accept it. We need both sides in our lives and we have found a good balance that is very satisfying.
