And the fact is the LDS church has given so many different commandments over the years that it is very hard to follow them all.
1) no pool tables
2) no playing cards
3) no rated r movies
4) may wear only 2 total earrings, but they can be 2 pearl.
5) only get a tattoo if you are polynesian and your cultural heritage commands you to get one
6) to be in a bishopric or higher, the only facial hair permitted is a neatly trimmed mustache above the lips only. May not go below the corners of the mouth.

You should really look into cult dynamics to understand how the human brain locks you into staying in a cult, especially if you were born & raised, and every family member is in it, and how it can happen to anyone of any intelligence level. As I said earlier, I am biting my tongue not screaming out who this person is...but as pointed out above, I would then be the one in trouble...so you ask why did I post this? No it was not to stir the pot or to cause drama (if I had outed them that would be causing drama)...of course I want good to come of this, I want people to realize that we as swingers have a bad rep as it is and we need to be aware that our behavior is seen by others and can affect everyone around us!
I have chosen a side...it's the side of being an adult and abiding by the guidelines that I agreed to when I signed up...I CAN NOT name the person...she knows who she is and she reads these forums and she will see that her behavior has disgusted many and hopefully she will act accordingly next time...the fact that you see me as bad as her...well that is your own opinion, but I know that I did the right thing here....

Lifestyle after Death - What would you do? - If there were "TRUE" friends you damn right they would accept you if god forbid something happened to your wife/husband. We have a friend his wife died after having gastric bypass surgery. We all went to the funeral talk about solidarty but it was there for him,her family and their children. They were very strongly in the lifestyle and he is totally accepted by all us even if we don't chose to take a single man into our bedroom he was our friend when Christine was alive and he still is. We all get together about once a month have dinner go to a club just generally enjoy the company,and when I say we I speak about 2/3 of a yahoo group. I have come to find that friends within the lifestyle stick by you no matter what more so then friends who have known you long term. I believe its something about common ground we all share and the support network with the swingers lifestyle. Just my 2 cents *smile*
