The ad would be so discrete, it wouldn't mention anything about swingers so the networks wouldn't have any problem accepting it. We would rather target one market at a time to concentrate the membership in that area which in turn would 'blow up' in itself. Once we achieve that, we would move on to the next area. First, a posting like this is everyone’s worst fear realized. People are going to over react, they are going to take her word over his, and we all react this way because we don’t want to listen to both sides of the next story, we don’t want it to happen at all. Us all saying it’s not acceptable is our way of trying to stop the next time.
Second, you post about community. What separates swingers from people just “playing around”, is the trust between two people in a committed relationship trusting each other enough to play with others. Friend collectors or swingers - - Our post was not intended to offend anyone . Just because we chose to operate our account/profile differently then others does not make anyone more right or wrong.
The purpose of our post was to try and develop some knowledge as to why some chose to operate differently. We understand that because our profile doesn’t show our faces, that means a friend request is necessary to determine attraction by exchanging pictures. We do this ourselves, all the time. But we also immediately delete accounts and typically inform those interested if we are not interested.
It sounds like we are complaining but in reality we really aren’t. We just wanted to establish conversation and understanding.

We are planning to make a cruise around the BVI's or Bahamas next year March/April. If we find enough couples we can charter a 10 passenger catamaran and have lots of fun together. Divorce rates - How do we compare - Accurate stats on this would be tough to get because of who would answer honestly that they were swinging before getting divorced - but you could probably get close and our bet would be that its pretty close to 50/50??
Having said that, I guess we're going to skew the stats negatively towards the swingers since we plan on getting divorced as soon as all the kids are grown. We dont believe that marriage is needed to prove ones love and commitment for each other. We we're successful at this for the first 7 years, and 2 kids; (bastards - lol) of our relationship. But back in the day before GLBT(P) started fighting for equal rights, insurance companies wouldn't cover "straight" partners either, so we got married to get coverage, among some of the other rights that might pertain to our children.
We have no problem with others getting married to extend their love for one another and we celebrate it. However, we absolutely detest governments using marriage as a tool to control the masses and their choice of romantic endeavors with each other - the rights that straight couples also loose from this should have many more people up in arms about it!
This is one of the problems that has aided in the distortion of what love, marriage and true friendship really is which in turn causes more divorce... and people that CANT HANDLE SWINGING.

Indiscretion - - we have a male friend we have known for years. he got a new girlfriend who seemed to be eager to try swinging, she had a few experiences, mostly with us, but then they broke up for other reasons. we still see him but didn't try to stay in contact with her. so just a couple of weeks ago we go to our favorite biker bar, where we are regulars, the band was playing and the place was packed. and there she is, all sexy and looking for a new man, and about half drunk, with horny guys hanging all around her. she was overjoyed to see us, the only people she really knew in the place. so she makes it a point to introduce us to all her new friends, most of them already knew us but not about the swinging part of it, they were just playing along with the drunk chick. then she announces in way too loud a voice "and they're swingers too!"
