The Party Cookbook - a cookbook created for the Swingular community - I have recieved emails in favor of this adventure as well as seeing the responses here. I am all for accepting the food recipes as well as drink recipes [I have a few I would like to add as well]. So I say let's get started!!
Recipes can be for either food or drinks

b. Then state how to mix it up
2.Put down how you would like 'Submitted by' to be [your name or handle or anonymous]
You can submit as many as 5 recipes but no more then this as we want to have others in the book as well

Whether Hugh coined the term or not, and whether it did mean couples activity early on, that definition has changed through out the years. Especially with the new generations as it's become more acceptable to be in threesome and foursome situations. Look at MTV, etc... Not something that comes and goes with the weather. We live a lifestyle. We have another lover that we love and adore and again love getting together with other couples and even groups for dinners and playtime.
We have been in the lifestyle for over ten years and have spent more than our fair share of time apart because of the Navy but even then we talk about our life together first then the lifestyle we enjoy. So you're asking why do swingers prefer MFF instead of MMF?
Because most women in the life-style are bi-sexual to varying degrees, and most men are not. Not even a little bit. Thus, MFF becomes the "third wheel" combination that most swinger couples can enjoy together. (Versus MMF, which is really more just about pleasing the female).
Why is is to hard for a single-male to find a couple to play with? Well, see above.. most couples don't want MMF... and those that DO want MMF have about 10,000 of you to choose from. Supply and demand.
