We went to the KnK meet and greet on Friday May 10th. Due to our busy schedules we have not attended a meet and greet in about a year, maybe more. There were a lot of fine people there. Most of you who attended we didn't know at all, or didn't know very well. Mrs. Delicious has had some recent issues with her vocal cords, that led up to a small surgery and follow up ongoing voice therapy. So she was struggling to be able to speak loud enough to be heard, even though the music was not overly loud. Eventually her voice just gave out. She is a little worried that some of the fine folks may have thought she was bored. Nope just nearly voiceless. In fact she mentioned the event to me often after the fact, and wishes she had felt comfortable enough to go to an after party invite. In any case, we wanted to thank the organizers for putting it together. You guys rock!
We weren't able to go either. The mr. had just barely had shoulder surgery that Monday. Hopefully we'll make the next one. Had a bunch of friends that went and said it was really good though.
We have not ventured to meet anyone new for quite some time. For me going to a meet and greet was like getting back on a bicycle. I was really comfortable. The Mrs. however was kind of nervous. Like she was when we first started but different. Worried about any of her imperfections and her age. She told me I need to do my job as the cruise director and just make it happen. When we started over 15 years ago we went to a couple of meet and greets and met a couple we hooked up with. We were all too nervous to pull the trigger and just get naked. They had to relieve their baby sitter so we had a good time but never got to the sex. We ran into a dude at one of those same meet and greets I already knew from work He and Melodie flirted a bit. He is a handsome, polite and charming African American gentleman. Well the next Friday we were coming home from a date and he called and asked if we wanted to come over. I told her this could be the night it happens for her. She was nervous but excited. I told her he wasn’t shy and if she kept enjoying and welcoming any of his advances he would move as for as she wanted and if she wanted he would fuck her that night. She was ready. He did just that. We both took turns. He went first. She loved it. We next hooked up with a couple and a then another, and another, and another. We played with singles too. We were like kids in the candy store. We slowed it down and played with just few people somewhat frequently. We are looking to resurrect our activity just a bit. Not as frequent or furious as back when we began. Now that our kid are adults and some are married they want to hang out with us a lot. Back when they were at the ages where then need some more autonomy to socially develop and play with their friends we had more time to play with our friends. For a quote a while we just hung out with a few on going friend. Life changes and people move out state for jobs or things like that and so now we are looking around a bit for some new friends.
