Does anyone have a room for rent?
I live with 4 other women in a 5 bedroom house. And they are all VERY prude, VERY judgemental Mormons!
I can't be myself! I can't even watch regular TV without their disapproving comments!
And, needless to say, I can't host there, either!!!
I live in Sandy, now. And, my 16 year old daughter, lives in Riverton. So, need to stay in the general area. As long as it's not too far from Riverton.
I need to be around like-minded people!!!

We are renting out a room with private bath and your own fridge. However it is in ROY. let us know if your interested.

Off subject, just a bit, but has anyone every considered renting a room out to swingers on a month by month basis, as a play room? The renters would not be there all the time, just when they have a hook-up. So the landlord would not have to share their home 24/7/365. When their renters are there they might make a bit of noise and such, but hey that might be interesting and a side benefit. If they collected $400.00 or $500.00 a month and maybe three or four swinging households kicked in it could be a way to economize play-dating and not have to worry about hotel security knocking on the door due to noise complaints. I am guessing the room would get used maybe two nights a week. The landlord and the swinging renters and any of their guest would sign an agreement on rules etc. Hey it might be a way for a select single guy to meet a few people as the landlord. Hey, he might get an invite from time to time to join in.
DELICIOUSLYWET's last comment was right on the money for our new Air B&B business plan. We have the property all in place, but there are still some more details to figure out exactly how we want to do it and it still might be several more months until it'll be ready. If it doesn't work out, we can always turn it back into a regular rental unit.

Thinking about the playroom idea. I could probably do that in my finished basemen but since I live in a townhouse I might need to put up some sound proofing on a common wall. lol But it's something to look into.

What about a person who rented it out on a daily basis, say like 20 or 30 for play time, and the swingers agree to clean up?
