I have a MAC and tried this with both Chrome and Safari but video's won't play. I have confirmed the installation of flash via other sites, but it does not work here. Any advice?

Make sure you have the latest version of Safari or whatever browser you want to use. Make sure your flash is also up to date. I'm using Sierra and videos are playing. It took a while to figure out but it works. Let me know if I can be of any help.
yeah I always update our phones or iPads and it still never works
I use Firefox on my mac and have no problems with videos

Forefox was always a good one with my MAC
I had this problem too. I contacted swingular IT they said to post several pictures of your bare breasts in you public photos folder and it would fix the problem.

I did that... it's still not working..Now what?
Try clicking “Reload page with plug-ins” either in the view or possibly edit menu. This will reload the page with flash activated.

I have tried that as well.. I think i'm going to try firefox
