Did you mean black and GREY graphic? Recommending an artist SO MUCH depends on the type of tattoo you want to get and each particular artist's strengths and experience. I would recommend checking out the portfolio of a large number of artists online and then, perhaps, going to the shops to talk to them. My niece is a tattoo artist in Boise and she sees SO much ink that comes in that was poorly done because the canvas wanted a cheap tattoo or didn't do their homework about which artist to pick.
Difficult thing is most artists that are worth it are usually booked out for weeks, if not months. It's frustrating but definitely a sign of a good artist. I just met with my artist last week and he couldn't get me in to start on it until late February. Good luck.
Brandon Mugleston at Gypsie Soul Tattoo is great with black and gray but may be difficult to get a last minute appointment.
