Guys, how many are on TRT? Do you feel alive again? I know that I sure do. For almost three years i didn't have my regular sex drive. I felt blah most of the time. About two weeks after my first injection I could tell a difference. I have amazing erections again, my drive is through the roof! I would just say that natural testosterone declines with age (starting after puberty) but it shouldn't be so dramatic that it affects your whole life.
Just do your due diligence and research. There are several side affects and issue with the current products on the market. There are alternatives. We are more a fan of natural processes.
TRT works. I have been on it for three years no side effects with the exception I'm a male nympho that doesn't need a nap. Down 35 pounds also and have the energy to hit the gym on a regular basis. I feel like I'm in my twenties again
I started using a rub on twice a day cream over 10 years ago. My count was 26, absolutely the worst that I have ever heard of. Now it is 600-700, I have lost 35 lbs, and feel like a teenager again. Don't know a thing about shots or pellets, but I am completely satisfied with the cream!
I’ve been on TRT for about 5 years now. All I can say is go to someone who knows what the hell they are doing.

There are side effects. For me, all of them good. Weight down, muscle up, amazing morning wood, and I can stay hard for hours...even after cumming multiple times.

My 2 cents, stay away from topical applications and pellets. I only do shots now. If you want recommendations on where to do, I’m happy to give them. Kik me at jandafromutah.
There are ways to naturally increase your testosterone levels.

How To Increase Your Testosterone Naturally
My levels started in the low 600s but I gave it a try anyway to combat some seasonal depression. I used sublingual troches every morning for close to 2.5 years, just stopped this past March. I kept a journal of my experience and am happy to answer anyone's questions.

Takeaways

1) Screw the creams/shots/pellets, troches fucking work. My test level peaked just shy of 2k. Which was wild.

2) Key upside: More energy, more muscle, more sex drive.

3) Key downside: Too much sex drive (intrusive thoughts), couldn't last as long/came too quickly/less control, increased risk-taking behavior.

I was worried that I wouldn't like myself without the supplement but I'm actually happier off of it (for now). My levels are higher as of last month than they were before I started the program (mid 700). I've gained ~5 lbs with the same diet and activity level but nobody seems to notice/care. My mind is calmer, I'm more productive at work, and it's actually a relief to think about sex every 10-30 minutes as opposed to every 10-30 seconds. :)
Beware of the increased stroke and heart risk. Not to mention low sperm count for those that might matter for. These side affects aren’t apparent. But again do your research. Not promoting one or the other just being objective.
As with ANY drug (even if it's supposedly something that's just replacing a natural substance made by your body) you absolutely have to weigh the risks vs. benefits. My cousin had a prostate issue and was prescribed TRT by his urologist. He had some pretty shitty side effects (He got boobs and his hair started falling out!).

He finally stopped the shots after about a year and was very upset to find that his once somewhat low testosterone levels were now extremely low as having the hormone artificially boost his testosterone levels pretty much shut down his body's own natural production. His testicles shrank too.

You can Google the many side effects of TRT but here is a quick blurb from prostate.net that I copied and pasted. "There are several negative side effects of testosterone therapy. Many men are discouraged to find that it causes them to lose their hair. Testosterone therapy can also cause acne, breast enlargement, and increased risk of blood clots, decreased testicular size, aggression, mood swings, and worsening of sleep apnea. Men who are concerned about their prostate health should be aware that it can stimulate prostate tissue and lead to increased urinary symptoms. It can increase PSA level and lower fertility."

I'm not knocking SCOTT or his results from TRT but I think that offering what amounts to medical advice on a swinging forum might not be the best thing to do as it might influence someone to try a medical therapy that they don't really need in the hopes of becoming some kind of super stud swinger. Further, I would encourage anyone thinking about TRT to talk to their doctor...and then get a second opinion and then even a THIRD before considering trying something like TRT or ANY medication to enhance your sex life. Don't EVEN get me started on people who pass around ED meds at parties like they're candy!

Agree wholeheartedly!
I used to rep Androgel and I used it also. TRT is great for restoring muscle tone and energy. My wife said I always had a high sex drive and that has not receded since therapy. I do the injections now once a week and my levels are near 600 also.
If you have heart disease you should make sure you check with your Dr. Also should get a DRE at least once a year to monitor your prostate. Others have mentioned other side effects which can occur. I don't think its the fountain of youth but I appreciate having more energy and not being tired all the time.
Another caveat. Any woman who is pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding shouldn't be anywhere NEAR testosterone creams/gels.

a few years back, I was lifting, and about 2 hours after I would be going insane with rage. Talked to a guy who trains Olympic lifters, turns out that sometimes when men get too much testosterone in the body, it starts getting converted to estrogen, so you take anti-estrogen pills, known as aromatase inhibitors, to combat that effect. Has some negative side effects, I can't type as fast, and can cause some joint issues, when you start reducing estrogen in your body.
