What do you think about getting a group of Swingers together that enjoy the lifestyle and renting out a House where we can have weekend parties? It would only require 15 couples to share the cost of the Rental and maintain it. Just like a Timeshare, but less expensive. It would have to be a place where there would be plenty of parking and everyone would need to sign an agreement that our parties stay discreet. Son running around outside nude or loud music. Just Lol
We would also charge a cover charge for guests to help keep up the property and the inside of the house. I think this way we can all get together more often and get to know each other.
That's a very ambitious undertaking. Probably easier to have everyone sponsor a house party from time to time😎
I agree. I just know some couples have children and teens at home and cant have guests over for that reason. I just thought I would throw the idea out and see what creative ideas emerge.
I have actually put a lot of thought into this. Every time I pass by the, now vacant, Sherwood Hills, I think of the possibilities.
Oh My... I used to work there when I was 16. That would be a wonderful fun place. Me and a friend of mine were chatting about this topic and she had lots of great ideas about theme rooms and everything. Can you imagine the fun we could have with that.

I have friends in Vegas where they have a Thursday Lunch party and a Saturday Evening for all and a couples pot luck on Sunday........They have a great house and poolside secluded back yard.....with about 40-50 people at 30.00 for a couple and 50.00 for the single guys.....they do ok.... Not sure you can get enough interest here......

Couples Oasis in Vegas is similar except it's rented by a single couple and then they charge to come in. What's the cost per couple of what you're proposing?
Agreed with others, for different reasons unless someone has money to waste then I think it would be tough. In this lifestyle there can be slot of people coming and going, some months would be slow etc. I honestly like the idea of Airbnb those are fairly cheap especially if we could find somewhere to frequent so there used to us. I would be more interested in social part of it where not huge on hi my name's Bob let's fuck. But we are exhibitionist like many of you.
Can you imagine if we got air bnb with common area pool LOLOL they people's scandalous faces of the regulars when they see us

Renting a place is probably a little better but a lot of guests never treat the place with the respect needed...ask anymore who has hosted event at their house.

We are planning to throw a play party 🎉 swing club style in a Cpl of weeks, maybe we can turn this into a more regular thing
Great idea GENPOW, if there was an actual property that ppl were invested in
Maybe they would take better care of it and also prioritize the parties so there would be enough ppl there

Let us know when! We love house parties and would be willing to help offset costs for one. We also loved "the Mansion" when it was running, it was much better than the Orchard house they tried to move it to.
Here in Utah most AirBnB's have rules againts inviting guess and having parties, not to mention to be quite and no loud noice after 9:00 PM, so that might not be a realistic option... however we like from time to time rent a double room suite, but it only works when real swingers attend...
Finding a place to have a party isn’t as easy as it might seem. We have been looking into quit a few different options and always hit a road block. Unfortunately when you add the swinger aspect it really complicates things. A private house party is one of the few options... we are working on a few upcoming parties, but we’re up North quite a bit! We’re defiently open to any ideas to get some parties happening though!!

1. Fisting in the hot tub, then using our pool towels to clean off tossing it on the ground.
2. Leaving cirgarete butts all over the yard.
3. Taking drinks to locations we asked to remain drink free.
4. Getting drunk and walking around the front of the house naked. Remember we live in farmington. So not a good idea.
5. Individuals fucking with such vigor they could be heard three doors away.
6. Two fights over the years.
7. Individuals drinking too much then destroying parts of the house. Multiple items and doors.
And this was with us hand picking couples to attend. It open invitations sent out.
We still host the parties, none this year as our house is completely distroyed for remodeling, but we just limit the numbers and have specifically told some couples not to return to avoid the drama.
So putting on parties, not so easy. And stressful.

Maybe there is someone within the swing community, who owns or manages a small hotel that would consider allowing occasional lifestyle takeovers. Obviously, state and community laws would still apply. So, people couldn't run nude through the lobby and would have to be respectful toward the staff and respect the property and such. Really, it would help if we were friendlier, cleaner and more respectful than their average crowd. But in order for the hotel to respond to late night noise complaints you have to have a.) noise and b.) complaints. If none of the hotel residents are complaining there isn't a problem. If there is a breakfast buffet in the morning that's good too!
