I have tried to e-mail the [email protected] as it says to and I sent one awhile ago with no response and now it says that it fails to send as the domain is disabled... :/ Anyone know what is happening?
Did they not renew their domain?

I'm not sure if I'm responding to your issue or not...hope so! If you hit "send" and it doesn't show that your mail was sent ... just go to your "sent mail" and see if it shows up there. That's the way it's working for me. My mail is being sent, it just doesn't show it has been sent when I hit send...good luck ~
It does look the messages are being sent after all, just not showing up as being sent on that page.
Yes I don't think anyone checks the support emails
