It looks like a labia clamp, but doesn't look very functional. The protruding threaded ends will cause "issues." Also looks like you would need to tighten the nuts (LOL) extremely tight or is will slip off. See how there is no nut or rubber stop on the inside of the clamp bars? It would limit your ability to gradually increase or tailor pressure for the recipient. That's a bad thing. I'm betting this was fabricated for the video and is not really in production for consumers. Lots of great clamps out there if that's what your girl is into. Have fun and be safe!
Just go to Harbor Freight and buy some C-clamps. WAY cheaper and will clamp any pussy you want to clamp.
Alternatively some vice grips (you can even get some that LOOK like C-clamps) will work in a "pinch". And yes, I thought that pun up ALL BY MYSELF!
