Is there any clubs, bars or places that lifestyle people's hang out in or around Salt Lake City

Everything that happens is posted in the Events area of this website. There are no "hangouts", anymore. (Previous 'hangouts' are all gone now... but even then, they weren't what you're thinking.. mostly vanillas with small pockets of lifestylers who would just agree to meet there occasionally).
Unfortunately, the "swinger" scene in Utah is tiny, compared to other states. The meet & greets listed on the events section here are your best bet.

Scorez in lehi? Never tried it...we live really close ...we will give it a shot
If you are looking to meet people in the lifestyle post a notice here or in the meet up section about where and when you want to hang out . When you let people know where you are more will want to join you . Ww have had great success in creating meet ups just by letting people know where we are and finding a fun place to dance or sing Karaoke is pretty easy to do . Don't limit yourselves to having to stay "really close" to home there are great people all over !

It's unlikely you'll find any 'swingers' there unless you specifically organize something.. or a group that goes there tells you when and where to meet them. =)
Per Couple40's suggestion above... the best way to "meet groups" is to organize a group meetup.. places like Scorez occasionally are used for this.. where 3 or 4 couples will meet up to grab a table and chat.
And, as mentioned, the events listed on this site.

We have heard grea5 things about foreplay Friday’s. No extra cover for organizers. Private location upstairs for the group. Meet every Friday so we understand.

So what are we keeping our eyes open for? Do people stamp their foreheads that say swingers on it? Is there a sign saying "swingers this way"? Do people shout every 30mins about the swinger blue light special like the supermarkets? I've been to scorezs many times and never seen obvious signs of swinger groups. I've seen groups that look like they might be swingers, but I'm not going to go up to a group and ask them if they are swingers and if I can join them...
If your dancing suggestively, or if there are two couples then all it takes is a little girl girl contact on the floor and if any other kinky bastards are close they will at least say hello. This is where the gals have all the control. If not always anyhooo. They can talk and hit on other women. Not so easy for the guys.
