Hey does anyone know about how long it usually takes for the admins or site support to respond to your verification request? We sent in the picture it said we needed to send and we have messaged them multiple times about it and i haven't heard anything back . Can anyone help?

You can always find local hosts and have them do the verification.
Traditally single male profile do not get verified according to the verification section on here. That is reserved for single females and couples. If your a couple you might want to request to have your profile update by the admins
Traditionally, Admin does not respond to support requests until your profile pictures no longer accurately reflect your current age....
It is because your profile is a single male, if you are a couple you will need a couples account.
so we would have to create a new account and pay for the membership all over again...?

I changed from a couples to a single female, was with one of the people that are on line, had real status, but had to get vip again from another couple or some one else verified real that I had met. didn't pay again
Not sure if you have to create a new account, but I guarantee you will get a lot more people looking at your profile as a couple.
It looks like you can change from single male to couple, but you need to contact customer support.
We have already done that a couple times.
