In our relationship, unsolicited dick pics have never made her say "let's contact this person and set up a date!" If anything, it is a complete turn off for her.
I dont send unsolicited dick pics, to me its a no brainer. I take the time to actually read profiles and if a profile says please send them...I do...that's the closest to unsolicited I will do. Otherwise it's not until we've chatted and they tell me they want some.

I want to know the ratio too... but I don't think any of the guys that do it will comment... it's ljke they have no personality to say hi (not hey) and start a conversation.

Never done it! And never thought it was the way to get traction as a SM. However, I do have one thought as to why some SM's might think it will get them somewhere. There are many profiles for single women and couples where it is mentioned "must be well hung" or some version of that.
