We are heading to Vernal on Saturday wondering what there is to do to entertain us for one night. Best place for dinner Mexican food preferred place to get a drink or two and nice hotel. Thanks
Plaza Mexicans is the best Mexican food in vernal. Imho. Their margaritas are awesome. Swain's is good, a steak house, and it's in a decent hotel. Cassidy's is my choice for a bar. It's quiet with a small dance floor. The Marriot would be the nicest hotel. But it's slow here so you will most likely have your choice. Enjoy your stay.
