The Foreplay Friday Moose Events are still happening every Friday. No need to RSVP. Just show up and have fun. Sounds like tonight is going to be a good crowd. If you have any questions, let me know.
Mr. SRO
Thanks for the info!
Wanted to bump this thread since the event isn't posted under the home "event's" area. Here are the details for those who don't know.
Moose Lounge (180 W 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) The upstairs bar and lounge area is reserved for us every Friday. There is parking on site, and across the street. Cost is $5, which is just the Moose's typical cover. Even on special event nights where the public pays $15 or more, we still pay $5. Tell them you are with the Foreplay Friday group and they will give you a wristband so you can go upstairs to the private area with a private bar. So far we have been averaging about 80 lifestyle people there. Doors open at nine. Single men have a cover of $10 . This is a meet and greet type thing. Dancing, drinking, mingling and talking. No sex rooms or orgies happening. Just a great place to meet like-minded people and have a fun time. Any play that happens will be after at a different location based upon whatever you can arrange.
It's a good place to meet, drink, dance, and get to know one another in a non-pushy environment. If you like a quiet area, there's the outside patio!
We might stop by this Friday.
Great to know this! I was looking for more events to meet people.
So an update about the Moose Lounge. The owner has enjoyed our presence there and wants to thank everyone by giving each person who comes a free drink. I think this will be an ongoing thing. Cost is still $5 to get in the door. You will get a ticket when you pay and the ticket can be used upstairs at the private bar for one free drink. Thanks again for everyone who has supported us having a fun, casual place to hang out.
What's the dress code?
I'm gonna be alone tonight. Is there room for married woman not being accompanied??
Always room for everyone. There isn't a dress code.
Have to rephrase the "free drink" thing. Utah law. So...We have arranged with the management of the Moose Lounge that each person who purchases entry into the club ($5) will have a drink included with their entry fee. Each person will receive a ticket that can be used upstairs to obtain their included drink. Last Friday, only about 30% of the people used their ticket. Hopefully more of us will utilize their tickets this Friday. As far as I know, only the upstairs, private bar will honor the tickets. Hope to see you all there this Friday!
Mr. SRO
Any single females or couples looking for a fun single male to accompany them? Take a look at my profile and let me know if I interest you.
We will hopefully be there tonight! As far as the dress code goes I thought men have to have a collar?
No longer a dress code. We were hoping to make that a requirement, but considering the downstairs crowd, we figured collars were a bit much. Dress as you like.
Remember to get your ticket at the door to receive your included drink at the upstairs private bar.
See ya there
Hello everyone,
We are traveling to SLC this week for a long weekend. Will this be happening Friday the 22nd? We are staying downtown at the Grand and looking for some excitement while visiting. ;)
Hey every one, had a great time last time and plan on going again. For the people that we met last night, plan on a friend request soon. The people that we did not get to meet, hope to see you there again soon.
One of these fridays we'll get to make it. Work schedules and kids make it hard for us.
Yes funcplhere11x. Happens every Friday!
Are there age limits. I mean upper limits. We are in our 60's.
Sorry for the late reply. The non-lifestyle people probably average 25 in age. Most are young. Our average age in the lifestyle group is about 33. No age limit, just depends on how you feel about mingling with others not your age. The dance floor, patio and downstairs are the mixed areas so you will be with a younger crowd in those areas. The reserved upstairs area will be our "older" group. It really just depends on your comfort level. The music is loud, but they just upgraded the sound system which is much better and helps to keep the music on the dance floor, making it easier to talk upstairs. It is club music.
Also, remember to get your ticket at the door which allows you to get your included drink at the upstairs bar. The downstairs bars aren't part of it and won't accept your ticket. See you tonight.
