Swingers Forum - Moose Lounge Tonight

We are going to the Moose tonight, at least for a few hours, and hope to see some of you sexies there. Also curious where else people have been hanging out and if there are similar places that like to host lifestyle people. Someone mentioned the CliffHouse in Draper, but we have never been. The moose has it's good and it's bad. Kind of loud, so hard to talk, but typical of any club. The public crowd is typically younger than our group, but that may also help keep people similar ages attending. $5 cover is cheap. The music is usually good. Having wristbands is nice so we know who everyone else is in the lifestyle. We really appreciate them hosting us and allowing our private area upstairs. it is a nice place to mingle, despite the noise, and it just makes you get closer to who you are talking to. :) Open to suggestions and ideas on other places.
What's the average crowd age been at the moose?
We use to visit Moose Lounge every Friday and loved it. The last few times though,it was pretty dead as far as LS people. It seems to have been taken over by Cross Dressers and it seems like the Moose has pretty much catered to them. That's fine but it just isn't our thing and the whole stage and music seemed to revolve around their Dance-off they do. We'd be open to some other place.
Sameroomonly, you guys are welcome at our house anytime 😋 No dress code required 😘😘
We are curious about this as well. We tried the moose once and it just isn't our thing.
The Moose is a great place to dance, and the wristbands ARE a plus for sure. We don't mind that it's "Gay" night at all. I mean, who knows how to party like that community? Its easy to let go and be more uninhibited when so many others are just letting go and enjoying life. We've been to The Cliff in Draper and it was great. We learned later that it is known in Draper as a LS destination although we didn't know it at the time. The food is really great, the decor classy yet comfortable. They close @10pm weekdays but on the weekends they bring a DJ into the pub area and the dance floor gets nice and crowded. We didn't get any weird looks for changing dance/kissing partners and enjoyed the vibe. The Ciff seems to have a hybrid feel. It's cool and cozy early then as it gets later, turns into a party. Pretty fun.
The last few weeks the Moose has been averaging about 70 people. Sometimes the upstairs area isn't very populated as people are on the dance floor or outside on the patio, so it seems like less people than are actually there.
During Pride week and the second week after that there certainly was a variety of people there dressed in very interested outfits. It doesn't bother us at all and my wife has made some good acquaintances with several of the locals. If that bothers you definitely not the place for you. The music is usually House music and you don't get a lot of variety. No 80's, 90's, rap, etc. Easy to dance to but not the variety you get at some places.
The local for us is nice. Draper is another 20 mins for us, but for those in the South end, it may be a better solution. What kind of numbers are you getting there? How many people show up? I was told it is a similar age group (21-60, but avg around 30's). We will have to take a look.
If you like Sky, EDM, House music and the typical club thing, you will probably like the Moose. If you are looking for an easy place to chat ( it is loud at times) or want a more casual dance place then it probably isn't going to interest you.
It is good we have options. It would be nice to have a few across the valley. Is anyone in contact with the cliff to discuss takeovers, wristbands, a private area for LS people, etc?
What night at the cliff is the best for the LS ? We are very curious now !!
