Hi all,

I'm a female photographer who has been wanting to branch out in to shooting candid photos of people in intimate/sexual play. I believe sex and the human form can be both beautiful, playful, and something that deserves more of an artistic focus than it currently receives. Whether that's fingers entwined or covering a mouth, trembling as he comes down from a self-induced orgasm, or the way a shadow plays off various positions, I'm eager to expand my talent, while offering you the opportunity of seeing yourselves/self in a way you've yet to see.

I have more details in the 3rd part of my profile, but to put it simply, I'm not looking to make any money, just the chance to strengthen my skill & explore new territory. In exchange, you'll receive free a photoshoot/or shoots, if you like my work & want more.

If you do not want your faces in photographs, just let me know. I'm more than happy to accommodate.

*When I say photoshoot, I mean I will work with you individually/as couples or whatever the arrangement. Not a room of strangers. I'm not out to expose anyone! I'm very discreet.
I'm currently in the greater Salt Lake City area. I'll be in LA as well at times.
I would love some great shots of me ----please allow me to meet you and see what happens.
I would love to do this! I'm a single

Wow, so my inbox & this thread has exploded. I'm trying to get back to every one—I didn't quite expect this enthusiastic of a response!

To try to broadly answer a few questions:

1. Cost:

As stated, I got the idea because I want to expand my body of work. I'm happy to shoot for free in exchange for being able to add to my portfolio. This includes your specification on whether face(s) are or are not welcome.

My regular photography rates are several hundred dollars an hour, but as this is a unique project, I'd ask that if you want to pay & retain 100% control of your photos post-editing, we work out a deal you can comfortably afford.

As an artist, while of course I want to make a living, I also believe that everyone should have access to high quality art. It shouldn't be exclusively for only the very wealthy.

Copyright:

If I do a shoot for free, I would want retain certain rights in terms of whether someone else can profit from my work. Photos are yours to display & you can make prints for personal use, however, you would not be able to sell them.
That said, I will not display faces unless I've written consent & if you do not want the photos to be public, they will not be exhibited. I will not profit, but out of fairness, neither could you.

Boudoir: I am happy to work with you on boudoir portraits. If this is of interest, I'd have more questions on what you imagine for your shoot.

••Things to consider: theme, no theme, how many outfit changes/looks, do you want me to secure hair & MUAs, etc. Should you opt for hair & makeup, I would need to charge on this as I'd be bringing in other professionals, so they would need compensation.

••I can do your makeup, but I am not a makeup artist. I'm great with colour, I can style wardrobe (I have worked as a stylist in professional capacity) and I have the knowledge. Nonetheless, I want expectations to be reasonable and all parties clear on any rules, requests &/or boundaries before any type of shoot takes place.

I think I about covered most of them(?) Please let me know if there are additional questions you'd like me to answer.

Have a great weekend!
Let me add, if you're interested in Photos, PLEASE put Photoshoot in the subject line when sending me a message! It will make it much faster in terms of response—I'm doing my best, but I've got quite a bit to go through.

Thank you!
I'd like to state that I do work alone on projects. I am also female. I know a few of you have asked about my work & being a female photographer, so I wanted to say that yes, I am female, and yes, safety, boundaries & respect are all very much a part of any work that I do.

I am working my way through your emails, slowly but surely. If you've messaged me & 'photos' or 'photoshoot' is not in the subject line, I'm not seeing it as I'm specifically opting to get to those.

Again, let me know if you have questions, comments, etc. I am a legit photographer with an artist's soul. If you want to see my work, I do have some private photos uploaded to my profile. I'm also happy to allow access to some of my general albums (Flickr, Instagram) so you can see the range of my skills.

Thank you again for all your interest. I hope to work with you soon.
••Makeup:

To clear up one other thing, I work in beauty. While not a MUA myself, I'm knowledgeable & I have the skill. If you are not already familiar with HD foundations, i have a brand I prefer, or I can direct you to others.
I have (& I occasionally still do) model & during that time, I became adept at applying my own face for that purpose. Thank you. :)
