Several years ago my friend and then sometime partner KOIGIRL posted the details of a party which I hosted. Since I am a proud single male, we knew that her posting wouldn't be ignored.
The idea for this party came out of attending multiple other parties together and we both observed that in many cases everyone seemed to stand by their group of friends with nothing exciting happening until someone had enough to drink so their inhibitions reached the point where a few women would kiss or take their clothes off. We also noticed that in many cases someone ended up getting jealous and an argument ensued.
What we did was get firm commitments from seven other couples, while her and I made 8. When everyone had arrived, we had everyone draw a number (1-8). Then the speed dating started. Couple 1, 2, 3, & 4 went and sat down. Then 5-8 rotated through, spending about 20 minutes getting to know each other in a more conducive environment. When it was done, about two hours had passed but everyone had met and talked with everyone else.
I was told that it was a great party, and I won't go into what happened after the speed dating.....
As a single male I realize that I am not going to be invited to many parties without a partner, however I wanted to share this in hopes that others try something similar..... Best of luck.

As a single old man I find that a great idea. people don't want to mingle and meet me at most get togethers.

That's what I thought was great is that there was a couple who had been in the lifestyle since the 1970's, yet when I talked to them as well as the other couples who attended, that didn't even matter, I remember experiencedvirgin, and they too were an awesome couple. If I were in a relationship or had someone like KOIGIRL to partner with, I would host a similar party. It's nice to see that people still seem interested.....I am only wishful that I had the opportunity to meet more members......
Sounds like a very clever solution. I'm also exempt, but am always in favor of people finding ways to explore at their own level of participation.

A variation of that is done at Naughty in Nawlins and on their cruises. Regardless of who you meet and what you do afterward it's still a lot of fun. We have also done a group massage with one person on the table and everyone else's hands on their body. Of course this works best with 4 couples. It can take some time but you do get familiar with each other.
Nobody said that anybody can do whatever they want the way that we chose to do it is everybody not everybody else and then the fun begin after I'm just throwing it out there so if anybody wants to run with it do it have a great time

Well, I don't know how many people would attend if it were just me, however, if there were a single female who is interested, it could be a ton of fun.
So if I were to have another party with a similar theme, and I were to have a female partner, how many people would be interested in attending?
