We love wine, and we were wondering if there are others in the lifestyle who love wine also, we are playing with the idea of a wine pairing party at some point and seeing of there is much interest in something like this.

We host several (vanilla) wine parties each year. We also have a food and wine blog. We would love to help!
You want a REALLY fun time? Have everybody bring a bottle to the party and tell them there will be a blind tasting (all the bottles will be covered to hide any identifying marks whatsoever...each wine will have a number only), then...SWITCH all the bottles with a bunch of different, cheap stuff from the wine store. Not necessarily Two Buck Chuck but, like, the cheap stuff they have on sale up by the cash register for 5 or 6 bucks. Maybe throw in an 8 dollar bottle or two just for fun. Then have everyone taste the wines and rate them and guess what they are and see if they can identify the bottle THEY brought. Caution: Do NOT do this if you have any good friends who are real wine snobs. Those people don't take kindly to being punked about wine and made to look a little silly.

Hello everyone, we were hoping to do the event on the 25th of march, we have had a small snag with our house remodel not being done as quick as we would hope, so we have a new date of April 22nd starting at 8, we apologize for the late notice but and hope to see you all there, email us for address if interested, we have plenty os room for a good party but we have have neighbors with even bigger mouths so discretion.
we should pick a different type of wine and have a rotation of venues/hosts and each couple bring their favorite of that type in a certain price range say under $20 or so. what do you think?

We'd be interested if we are free. There was a monthly women's wine gathering in Vegas that was Coed twice a year. That wad always fun. Would be fun to have something similar here.
