Try out a company called Fiture. They do one on one training, meal planning and life coaching. I have been doing their program since September and seeing great results. You can find them on Instagram and Facebook.

Met with Fiture. Poor experience. The gym we met at was not even one they could train in. No showers or locker room. $80 an hour. Trainer was more junior than I was for working out. Sad.
