Sky has a great sophisticated atmosphere and great music! Men need to wear collared shirts (FYI).
Red Door is a great martini bar and has a pretty dark/sensual atmosphere if you want somewhere more of a lounge place where you can talk and have amazing drinks.
Circle Lounge has been fun in the past! It has a cool atmosphere and a good dance floor too.
Area 51 has fetish nights but I don't know what the "regular" atmosphere is there.

I forgot to add that Sky is huge! And has a big dance floor.
If you're looking to dance, Sky Bar for a younger crowd and Club 90 for an older crowd that likes live bands and 70/80s rock.
