Can't seem to get our profile picture uploaded via iPhone. Message says to send to a specific email address and it will be sent to my mobile folder. Can anyone help?
I've had the same problem. It used to work just fine and now when I try it send the email back. I heard you have to load them from your computer
You can use the BlackRing mobile app to upload pics from your mobile device.. it works a LOT better.... http://BlackRingMobile.com (Open it from the web browser on your phone).
After you open that the BlackRing website do you email it to the swingular email?
I tried Blackring and it didn't work either. Oh well, guess I'll wait for support to get back to me.
