Looks like the chat room is having issues yet again surprise surprise. Is anyone else having any problems with it. I cant get it to load and the same 10 people have been in it for the last 8hrs. It stopped working around 12am or a little earlier on 7/17/14 Please tell me I am not alone.

Over the past few weeks, we have been experiencing chat room issues. Our team was working diligently trying to discover what the issue was. Yesterday, we were able to determine that the core media server that runs our chat software was having memory issues. Adobe, who makes the media server, has released a newer version of the software which is supposed to resolve the memory issues.
We have updated to this newer version and expect this to resolve the chat room problems. We will be observing the chat room over the next few days to make sure things return back to normal. If we determine that this does not work, we have other options that we will be implementing including moving to new chat software if need be.

If everybody who uses the chat room regularly opens a support ticket each day they notice it is not working, it will get fixed one way or another. Admins don't moderate the forums to watch for technical difficulty complaints.....

i click on help/contact us/ then the button that "usually" says "Live support offline" and leave a comment there. They have responded every time with an email, and the room usually starts working again within a few hours afterwards. I'm sure the [email protected] would work as well, I hate opening my comcast and logging in to create a new email, so i use the form I outlined how to get to.
