I know a little about Port Charlotte, my mother moved there back in the 90's. It began as a retirement community in the 60's and it's still not an incorporated city. It's just a name of a general location in Charlotte County. The most exciting thing to ever hit Port Charlotte was Hurricane Charley in 2004.

thoughts on Pictures - - I have to agree that just a genital shot for an opener is not very good. But I have also seen face shots that look like mug shots and sure are not much more interesting.
