While I know you do not care whether you get my approval or not, I think what you said was perfect. It was straight and to the point and synonymous with what I have been saying all along. If one does not like the topic... one should move along. It's simple.
Trashy wrote: "I know YOU crave controversy, and fighting, but don't you dare speak for me, the majority of people don't crave controversy, they wish you would stop posting so the forum could be fun." Then why are you still here? LOL I think the "majority" spoke in UTCPL's ridiculous ban thread. Your lies won't work this time Mrs. Trashy.

Comfort level of casual vs relationships? - - We are still fairly new to this whole lifestyle shindig; just under a year. Trying to figure what aspects we like, don’t like and are just meh. I’m curious though, when it comes to forming emotional connections with other people how open are you to the idea? If it’s a scale of 1 - 10. One being completely casual, “what was your name again” sex and two being “I deeply love you and want you to come live with me and my other two wives” sort of deal... where do you fall? ::: For us we are discovering that we prefer the more connective experiences and don’t shy away from words like “love” or “relationship”. But we also love just super casual fun experiences. All of it entirely contingent on the people involved. So not quite true swingers but also not quite true poly. Trying to see how common or uncommon that is.

upside down pineapple? - -
Greetings from your fellow 20+ yr. LS veterans. I think is a forced meme with more fuzz than action. But is relatively new, 4 yrs at most. You haven't missed anything. We would not approach anyone using an upside down pineapple because there are plenty of safer, foolproof ways to meet playbuddies. Also, what if I'm wearing a pineapple upside down at the mall and a single male approaches us about it? My pineapple will for sure go up his ass and then I'll lose it. As per urban dictionary, The pineapple represents hospitality and welcoming. A pineapple is placed on a porch or mail box by swingers to signify that a swinger party is going on. A pineapple is turned upside down when a person is in search of a swinger party. Originally it was turned up side down in the individuals shopping cart. But pineapple popularity has made it accepts on clothes and other items. Swingers use this symbol to identify each other in public. I'll stick to the good ol' internet or quality, single male free LS gatherings. There are plenty of those.
Well as a 30+ years as a LS enthusiast I think it’s just good old fashion fun. We have them in our RV just for a reaction. And the internet doesn’t seem to have a positive outcome as it did in the past.

Anyone else in or near Daybreak? - We know you are out there! -

What ever came of the Daybreak swingers Facebook page? Is it active and being used?
pretty slow. a couple people talk and post pics. most people just lurk. We need more people. Could be a great group
We worry about our kids etc finding it, that's why we haven't joined the Facebook group. We'd like to hear what's going on but really don't trust Facebook for this type of communication.

BOOTY CALL - - Yeah, I put that request in on the "improvements" section of the forum YEARS ago! Amen to that! All these horny UT swingers sitting at home with nobody to do...what a shame.

The definition of cheating - - Interesting discussion. Certainly from a relationship standpoint the classic definition of cheating is being with someone other than your partner physically and/or emotionally. As swingers, however, we often hold ourselves above others and fall back on the lying and/or sneaking around aspect. Personally I feel that being dishonest with the person you hold most dear in this life to be the essence of cheating for me. When information is withheld you take away that person's prerogative to choose whether or not to stay in the relationship with you based on your actions outside of the relationship. There are a million ways people rationalize cheating. I find that a person's attitude towards cheating is a very good litmus test for the depth of their character. Now should we talk about cheating on a test or cheating other people out of their hard earned money? How about cheating on your taxes or at a poker game with friends? At what point DOES cheating become morally reprehensible or should it be "all's fair in love and war" and "every man (or woman) for himself"? Or as SIRNEWBY asserts, is self deception/lying/cheating really the only valid metric? Or did I misunderstand your point, SN? It would be interesting to get feedback from people (I'm sure there are plenty) who've been cheated on.

We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - No drama here...fuck that
