A Place In The Lifestyle - - We have a local swingers club in Tampa that is advertised as a swinger clubs and most seem to be in the swing lifestyle that is there and, we always have a good time while there... but here is what we see as a little problem. The bar part of the club is also open to non swingers(vanilla).And as we look around the room we notice more & more couples coming knowing it is a lifstyle club and loves the sexy atmosphere and loves to party but not to swap. We have talked to a few couples who told us they like the swinger club environment and how everyone is so open with their sexuality and love to play with each other, but they are not into swapping with other people. Swingers at work... - - About a year ago my wife was visiting one of the fast food stores she owns. It is one in the next town that has a full time General Manager and a manager so she spends minimal time there. She was walking thru and over heard two employee talking. Clearly it was about a local swing club but no one but a member would know. She discretely took one employee to the side and asked if they were speaking (female first name) and (male first name)'s party. She was. Ended up that several of the employee's were attending the same party we were going to. Apparently we had all been going but just never on the same nights. Needless to say it was an interesting evening the time where my wife and I along with three of her employees were all at the same party. A little space was given but by the third or forth time we were all at a party at the same time it worked out ok. The no play rule is VERY firm and it is NEVER mentioned at work. Thank goodness the store was eventually sold to new owners so the concern is much less.

Favorite bars in utah - - Yes, I read the article. Our experience (getting close to 30 years in the swinging trenches) has shown that the authorities almost invariably use other (easier to prosecute) issues to shut down naughty things like swinging parties. Recently in Texas they're trying to use zoning ordinances and disturbing the peace and, believe it or not, parking ordinances. Quite often it's alcohol related. Not too many years ago with a local, fairly prominent swinger who held frequent parties in his upscale neighborhood they nailed him for providing alcohol to minors (apparently one girl at one of his parties was not yet 21). And I would ague that Las Vegas is anything but tolerant for swingers parties or really anything related to sex. They love to sell the idea of sex but when the rubber meets the road they are as intolerant as anywhere we've been. I don't remember the last hotel takeover we attended in Vegas where a topless pool wasn't promised and then shut down by the local authorities. Of course the big money hotels have absolutely no problem providing topless pools...if they can charge a hefty premium to do so. Can you be in love AND swing? If so, tell us how! - - The only way any relationship works is mutual respect/love/caring/communication. It doesn't matter if it's a marriage, LTR, or any other possible configuration. As proof I would submit that 60+ to 70+ percentage of marriages, both first and second, fail in the "normal" world. Also in poles taken, 60 to 70% of all married people or people in relationships have had relationships outside of marriage without their partner's knowledge.....i.e., "CHEATING". Swingers can hardly cheat, although it sometimes happens... Divorce in the swinging community is about one quarter of that in the "normal" community. I would submit that the reason for this is a. the partners respect and love and trust each other as no other group does. b. the need or want to cheat is virtually eliminated... c. communication needed for the trust and the ability to work thru hard relationship problems is in place and working well d. RESPECT for each other as individuals is greatly enhanced. Jealousy is part fear and part possessivness... Fear of loosing, fear that someone is better, fear that they are inadequate.. and many more fears are basiclly absent.
