I don't think it is a legal issue, I think it is more of an issue of not knowing for certain if the concept would fly and have enough attendance to justify the massive expense in opening one up. I may decide to do it if it looks like it will be well-attended.

A dance floor is something we were planning, but we would want it in a separate area so there were still areas where people could chat without loud thumping music in their ears.

Being super private, discreet, and extremely safe is something that would be our top priority. We have no desire to have our sexuality on display for the rest of the world either. I am considering making it a private club, which it would probably have to be for legal purposes, and we would have to create some kind of vetting process where you can only become a member if you know a member who can vouch for you, type of thing. That way we can make sure that everyone who is showing up is someone who is either part of the lifestyle already or seriously considering to be part of it. The last thing we want is to have "outsiders" coming just to gawk and potentially cause problems.
Additionally, cameras and cell phones would have to be left upon entrance so there would be no risk of cameras on site that could compromise the privacy of the guests.

Swinger Board Games - - There's a game called sex stack. It's like Jenga but the tiles have numbers on them and then you match it up to a sexual type act that is listed on these cards that come with it. It's not necessarily made for swingers but could easily be turned into one where the person selecting the tile chooses the act and who they do that act to or with. I found that on Amazon. It's fun to play with your partner too! 😉
How Do you Find Out - Question about Friends - For the most part, DON'T ASK... There are WAY more NON-SWINGERS in the country than swingers, so your chances of your friends being swingers is slim. There are a few things that will point to swinging. Check her closet. If there is allot of club wear the chances are better. Ask about their vacations. If they mention a place like HEDO they are pretty much swingers.. If there is a couple you would like to play with you can create a fun night and when things feel right, ask if they have ever thought about swinging... We have written to several couples here and recieved no replies.Not even a "no thanks".
Now.we know there are lots of genuine couples here as we have met them on other sites,but this one??!!
You are a young couple,so God knows why people don't respond to you.
As an older couple it is perhaps a little harder to meet people here but even so we feel a reply is good manners.
