Our sex life is private, what we choose to do within our sex lives is private also. We choose not to tell our family members because it is just none of their beez wax, it is personal, and private to us. Most ppl wouldn't understand it especially my family. Stitch's family, well....they probably wouldn't be shocked to hear it, but we still don't wanna share with them. We do have vanilla friends (not many though, we aren't social butterflies, we only make friends with swingers....lol) but we don't share with them our choice to swing. It's just a personal choice we have not to share. It isnt that we are ashamed or that we think this lifestyle is something to be ashamed of......we just think it is something best left between us. Just as what we do together in our own bedroom is private and personal so is our choice to swing. We are good friends with the ppl we work with, but they are all on a needta know basis, and they just don't needta know any of it.
Our kids are to young right now, but as they get older we will just haveta be more careful. We dont' want them knowing about it either. There again, it just comes back to....I wouldn't share with my kids what dad and I did in our bedroom the night b4, so why would I share with them about our choice to swing. It is private and between us as a married couple.
It's an age, old, question. - No, I'm NOT 94.... - We respect others opinions on age preference. For us we certainly admire the looks of younger swingers but we prefer those with a little more maturity. We don't want to get naked with people our kids age, just our preference. Swinging and the Mormon Church - - We know and have known many active Mormon swingers over the years and I think they pretty much have a personal "don't ask don't tell" policy. And, of course, they lie...to their Bish or whoever when asked if they're chaste and stuff. I'm fairly certain most religions pretty much frown on wife swapping and most other forms of sexual relations with someone other than your God approved spouse. So I think the bottom line for most people who espouse a religion would be denial or simply willful disregard of THAT particular religious doctrine. However, as FORMER Mormons (well raised that way, anyway) we do know that there is sort of a loophole that many may not be aware of so you can basically fuck other peeps (and do other naughty shit...short of murder) and still go to heaven...eventually. Check out D&C 132:26. Now the way I interpret that "scripture" I'm pretty much covered (even though I'm an atheist) and will still get to go to heaven and stuff if on the VERY slim chance I'm wrong and it isn't all bullshit. ;-)

Psychology Research - I need help with a research project. - I would like to thank everyone who did the research survey for me. I hypothesized that non swingers would view us as more capable of deviant behavior like using drugs and alcohol in large amounts. I was correct. I hypothesized that swingers were more likely to use positive methods to handle relationship conflicts and I was also correct. I also hypothesized that swingers would have high openness to new things and high extroversion. We did find that swingers were more open to new experience but there wasn't enough on the other. Something we found interesting was that non swingers used more aggressive methods to solve relationship conflicts and they had high sexual depression. My teacher is talking about possibly working on this to get it published. I am beyond happy that I can show us in a better and more recent light. Thank you all for your help.
